    1. 少女を性的に搾取している漫画や絵の真の問題性は、それを見た人が不快に感じることにあるのではなく、その表現が人権侵害だからであり、だから不快に感じる。絵だから被害者がいないなどと言うのは、「○○人は死ね」というのは単なる文字列だから被害者はいないと言うのと同じ詭弁。

    2. 実写ポルノは、その制作過程とその流布・頒布の両方で人権侵害が起きている。非実写ポルノは、制作段階では生じず、その頒布・流布の過程で人権侵害が生じる。「○○人は死ね」という文字列は、それをプラカードに書いている段階では被害は生じないが、それを掲げてデモをした時点で生じるのと同じ。

      ゾーニングは、差別的メッセージを意に反して見ないですむという点では一定の意味があるが、そのメッセージが一定の範囲内で社会的に流布されるのを容認している点で限界がある。「○○人は死ね」というプラカードを掲げたデモは目立たないところでやるなら問題ない、ということにならないのと同じ。

      1. @papsjp 全てのポルノは全て差別的っていう前提と、「死ね」っていう表現が、官邸前で「安倍晋三、死ね！」って時に、誰に対して差別的か？ってことが全部吟味されてないから、そんな話になるんじゃないの？ その辺の雑な話をずっとしてるから、雑な議論にしかならんのや…

      2. @papsjp 自分達向けでない漫画にいちいち文句を垂れている暇があったら「目立たないところでやられているから問題になりにくい」家庭内性的虐待(継父→女児、など)にでも切り込んでみてはどうか。 こ　っ　ち　来　ん　な　。
