Can you think of a reason he'd want to move to United, other than money? Hasn't he been quite happy playing for Juventus? There hasn't been any racism regularly thrown at him or something?

Just trying to figure out if these constant news are the same kind of rubbish we see every summer, or if there's something to it. I know he used to play for them before, but that was back when Alex Ferguson was managing them. Things have changed since then.

I don't think we will get him but his move makes sense actually. Pogba can achieve the statut of CR7 in term of marketing and global exposure if he moves to United. Yes he is successful at Juve and Juventus are better team than us but I don't believe Juve has a strong "Brand" as we do and that is for a player like Pogba, who appears in tons of commercials and is expending his brand to other fields, is important. Also with Mourinho, we are likely to improve to be top team in Europe again.

As I said we are "likely" going to improve, we have a young squad with a lot of talented players. And we showed good signs under LVG. Our defense was good, Martial is a bright spot and if he continues like that he will be world class in 3 years, same with shaw and our midfield is good. With Mihky, Zlatan and Bailly we have an okay, top 3 PL squad and a player like Pogba can lift the squad to a higher level. And Mourinho is a proven manager, one bad season won't change that.

      Juve plays plenty. He's on 10m a year now, and the new contract offer is for 12m a year which he can probably negotiate up to 13-14m a year if he wants to make a longer commitment to the club.

        As a Manchester United fan I would love this, our need for a midfielder of his class is hilariously bad at this point. It's break the bank worthy. However, I just don't see this happening.
