A woman is never obligated to have an abortion. A lawsuit would be unsuccessful. It is doubtful that such a lawsuit would make it to court.

The fact that she lied about birth control means very little. You will still be liable for child support. After all, child support is a right of the child, not a right of the mother. Regardless of her bad faith, the child still needs support from both parents. In order to avoid child support you could try to become the primary care provider, but that would mean that you would be stuck caring for the child even if the mother would be obligated to pay you child support.

For future reference, take care of birth control yourself. There are a number of male birth control options that are quick, safe, and reversible. Taking advantage of one eliminates the possibility of this happening. It helps you avoid the fate of Desmond Hatchett who ended up with about 30 children from 11 women and the maximum possible garnishment on wages earned legally.
