Hi,

I'm still waiting for my membership pack to be delivered. I have bought a ticket for the game vs leicester city, will they send me a match ticket? or just the membership card can be used as a match ticket?

What courier will be used by the club to deliver the membership? do they want a sign for the delivery?

The membership card can be used. You can collect a paper version from the ticket office before the game if you'd like (though they could be stopping this)

Tickets are usually just added to the membership card and you scan it as you go in. Does your membership card have a Barcode on it?

Yep still waiting as well as for my ticket for the charity shield.
I also got a ticket to the Bournemouth game even though away games aren't supposed to be on sale for non-season ticket holders. They said they're going to honour my purchase regardless so well excited for that.

You usually don't get them until around September, they just send out paper tickets until then.

Edit: I've never had to sign for the membership pack in the past 3 years
