So trains have been essential for people in big cities now. However, there are many problems in trains, of course, there are much profits in trains.
At firstly, the problem that someone fell from the platform onto the track and died has increased now. The countermeasures against it are the thing that when a train comes platform, a door opens and when a train does not, the door continue to slam. If the door exist in a platform, it is hard for someone to fall from a platform onto a track. And if someone will straddle it and fall, station attendants or people around him immediately notice him doing and will stop him. In fact, I saw the door in somewhere and thought this.
Secondly, there is the danger that someone hurry and is injured with trains. The countermeasures against it are simple. It is the thing that the period of trains which stop in the same area is short. The reason that people hurry is that they are late if do not get in a train. So the period of the train is short in order to get rid of surroundings. In fact, I moved out and came not to hurry.
Lastly, new technology increases now, it often create new problems. And people have coped with them. They will continue from now on. At the result, human beings make progress in technologies.

I think that airplanes created new problems when it was introduced.
An airplane is very useful transportation. It is very fast and comfortable. It solved the problem that people took a lot of time to go abroad. It is necessary to go abroad. So, people have many opportunities to ride in airplanes for business trip. Many people have ever ridden in airplanes.
But, airplanes have some problems. One is hijacking. It is a criminal act which prevents airplanes’ service due to an illegal occupation and makes a driver accept their party’s demands. Hijackers can take a passenger as a hostage easily because he can’t escape from the airplane. People are afraid of the accident by hijackers. There are some cases that hijackers killed a passenger. There are many cases that hijackers made them scared in Japan.
Second is the overcrowding of airplanes. Two airplanes have ever collided with each other because of the traffic jam in flying field. This accident occurred because many airplanes were made by technical improvement.
People are putting a lot of efforts into solving these big problems. They prevent people who have hazardous material or weapon from riding airplanes by means of boarding check as measure against measure. Also, control tower prevent the overcrowding of airplanes. In this place, they contact airplanes each other and provide directions about place and time that airplane can take-off and land. Airplanes can do it thanks to their work. The accidents of airplanes each other are decreasing because of their works.

I think, however, that the number of people who know how to use Internet appropriately is very little. I think that there are two great problem.
The first problem is reliability of data on the Internet. We can get much data on the Internet. A lot of university students search on Internet when they do homework, write report, and preparing for classes. We can get data easily, but we never know who wrote it and whether it is true or not. We must not write on report or do homework using data we get on the Internet inadvertently. Books are what writer wrote responsibly. On the other hand, everybody can write on the Internet freely. We can write whatever we want to write on the Internet, which means that data on the Internet cannot always be trusted. Therefore we can trust data on books more than on the Internet, although the information on the Internet enables our life to be more convenient.
The second one is infringement of various human rights such as privacy and portrait rights. Now, the number of people who use Social Network Services (SNS) is more and more increasing. Many people take photos and upload. It is okay. But when you see a famous person in private, it is infringement of portrait rights if you take photos and upload without notice.
I think that the development of information technology is so rapid that legislation cannot be made up. Japanese Government should take measure on Internet related lows.

This problem solves to put the smartphone away. This is the first bad point.

These days, some phone companies start an action to deter this accident. For example, they put an advertisement in the paper and the station. In addition, an application to warn the action appears.
Third, we expose the risk with the smartphone. On the internet, there are much risky information and many dangerous files. I agree with new technology because I think the advantages brought by it are large, new problems created by it considered. Moreover, I think new problems are likely to be solved. I show smartphones such as iPhone and Android as example of new technology.
Smartphones have three problems. First, customers are puzzled because various kinds of them exist. Second, communication fees increase. This is because it is easier for us to enjoy videos and access websites. As functions of them improve, the speed of network is quick. This is also the one of that reasons. Third, the dependence of them increases and damages us. I have depended on iPhone instead of studying. At that time, I communicated with my friends by social network service and played games much. I didn’t study much because of that.
Although smartphones have many problems, each problem have the solution. As for the first one, many companies show the recommended product. Thanks to this, it is easy to choose the better one. As for the second one, the contracting company controls communication if the amount of communication increases. As for the third one, the harder study is, the less the use of smartphones becomes. When we really need to study, we come to study naturally instead of using smartphones.

One of the inventions that create problems is smartphones. Many problems about smartphone are now being discussed since it was invented and sold around the world.
“Walking with using smartphone” is the big problem and it causing many problems. When you get a mail from your friend, want to change a music listening, or think up interesting thing to tweet, some people start turning on his smartphone and do what they want to do. Depending on the place, it would become the very dangerous issue.
You may walk to the lot car street. You may fall to the plat form. I like to listen to the music, but sometime I nearly bumped into other people when I tried to change the music which I was listening then.
“Can’t stop using smartphone” is another serious problem about smartphone. By using smartphone, you can enjoy many contents. But if you can’t control yourself, you may addict it. Somebody can’t stop using SNS, playing game or chatting with his friends. When I was a high school students, I love watching watch video clips on youtube until midnight, so I always sleep in the class and my academic score is awful. I think it is one of the reason that I failed the school entry exam for the first time.
To solve both problem, what is need is social action. To get rid of the accident by “walking with using smart, government must advertise about not to do it more widely. Teachers must talk with their students, and keep their student not to addict to smartphone. Clinic for smartphone-addicted people may also be need. Today, people depend on internets at many situation. For example, we can buy items and communicate with others by using internet.

First, false information. We can search webpages for information. They are useful for us in many times. But sometimes, there is false information and we misunderstand what searched. So, we are requested having good sense and searching many sources for one thing. Good sense protect us from ill will and troubles on not only the internet but also dairy life. Searching many sources is useful to identify true or false
Second, the risk of leaking secret. Today, people leave secret protection to computers because they think this way is the most safety and convenience. However, there are many computer virus to break or stole secret. If you suffer damage, you may be injured economically and emotionally. To deal with this problem, we need to change password frequently. We are required taking steps to protect our computers for our self than ever.
Third, abdicating to internet. Many users of internet use SNS or electronic bulletin board. Some change their character between real and virtual. Finally, they show an aversion to real world and become resident of virtual world. These people are called “hikikomori” and they are become social problem. This problem come from bullying. I think that plastic which is made from fossil fuels creates large number of problems. Although it solves considerable problems, it makes many other problems.
Firstly, plastic bag, for example, was created in order to reduce amount of natural resource consumption. Based on the idea that reduce amount of such resource consumption help the environment. Ironically, spread of plastic bag created considerable amount of environmental problems.
Increase of plastic bag consumption caused garbage problem that bring about Global warming and breaking ecosystems. Many kind of species died out or suffered from plastics as garbage.
I wander if this problem was inevitable? I don’t think so.
Plastic related problems is mainly caused by its usage. I mean that plastic is Innocent and guilty is human. In order to decrease problems which occurred with new technology such as plastic, we must study and learn about its features.
Plastic bags, for example, we should know that plastics can’t be decomposed naturally. Because of its material, we should know that plastics is not unlimited material.
Most important thing is information. When we create new technologies, we must study this technology enough, consider its problems fully and inform its data everybody.

These games make people happy and excited. So a lot of people, particularly children, enjoyed these games.
But these games have some bad points. For example, if you play these games for a long time., your eyes would go bad, if you spend most your time when you can play outdoors playing these games, your exercise capacity would go down, like these, if you play these games, your capacity would go down. Actually, these problems are discussed in Board of Education, schools, families, and so on.
Considering these problem, various companies which develop video or computer games and families make plan to improve these problems. Some schools decide their students’ use time for their cellphones to prevent the overuse. Many schools keep their cellphones during class to concentrate on studying. Otherwise, there are traffic accidents by driving and walking while using cellphones. To prevent them, control about driving while using cellphones was strengthened. In the United States of America, CM which a driver who concentrated on his cellphone caused a horrible accident is being broadcasting.
Second, there are troubles about health. The light of smartphones includes blue-light. Blue-light has a bad influence on eyes. Therefore, glasses which block the light from smartphones are sold and there is an application for screen dimmer.

Since I’m young man now, I can be there, but for old persons or children, it is very hard place. In addition, in the crowded train, I can’t get off the train smoothly, sometimes finally remain there. Thus, trains are very convenient, but have these cruel aspects.
To solve these problems, I think there are two ways. One is to reduce the numbers of train users. The innovative means of transportation, which replaces the train, can attract many people. However, I think this way results in failure. New problems about the new automobile will occur and the thing appear in the train will cause in the new automobile. First, we are often too absorbed in these useful tools to do what we should do. For example, I was absorbed in a smartphone game, and I did not study as much time as when I had not been absorbed in it. Like this, many appliances have bad influences on us. However, I think that this problem can be solved depending on the reformation of our awareness.
Second, if we overuse electrical appliances, our eyesight get worse and we fall into lack of exercise. As a result, they cause bad influences on our body. Actually, my eyesight has been worse since I got a smartphone. And this problem will become more and more serious as time passes.

For example, because of overusing the service, people were tend to lose the chance to talk with others face to face. The other day, I went to a restaurant, and I saw two people using smartphones, instead of talking with each other. I thought it was quite a sad sight. At the same time, I am sometimes apt to be in the situation too. People used to meet in person to schedule, but nowadays they don’t have meet and talk because they use smartphones. I heard people these days lack of ability to plan due to that. Like this, the amount of conversing has decreased.

Even about twenty years ago, the size of a cellphone is not as small as the present. You are going to understand how fast development of cellphones are. However, invention of them created some problems.
First, the invention of cellphones influenced people’s literacy. Thanks of keyboard, we don’t have to write letters, memos, mails, and so on by hand now. So unfortunately our literacy gradually decreases. I often forget kanji for the moment or perfectly because I always use this kanji in the computer with tapping the keys. The less chances of writing by hand are, the worse our ability of handwriting is.
Second, communication trouble between people and people newly changes. Until about fifteen years ago, when new communication tools which use the Internet develop, people communicated by letter which use postal services or in person. However because of the appearance of new communication tool, e-mail and SNS for example, we come to be able to communicate with unknown person and a lot of people very easily. This development also increased a number of communication trouble, such as bullying. In the computer we can send and reply messages very fast, so we don’t have much time of proofreading. These days, there are so many people who have a smart phone. People use it wherever and whenever. Specially, in train, I see almost all people look down and use it. By using smartphone, of course, lives of people have become more convenient and abundant, however, many bad problems are happened.
Many people use social networking services, called “SNS”. Some people post their picture, location information, and information of their friends on Internet without seriously thinking about the dangers lurking in it. Such things lead to some accidents. For example, some people were broken into their house and targeted by a stalker by using information offered by themselves.
Trading products through SNS is also dangerous. On the Internet, we can’t know which information is true. Few years ago, I tried to trade a product with a friend who came to know through Twitter. Then I tell her my address and name, and she said the preparation of mailing money was ready. However the mail haven’t come yet. Luckily, I had not sent the product, but I felt unpleasant. After then, I know such trade is very dangerous, so I must not do it. Many people do such thing and are stolen money and their individual information.
We depend on smartphone too much. Depending on it make our action slow, make our attention to around us distract, and make our eyesight bad. Therefore, we have to use smartphones with a rule that we can use it only decided places and times.

I think that one of new technology that created many problems when it was produced is smartphones. So many people use it in various situations. There are many useful tools in the smartphone, so it has been gathering more and more attentions of people, in particular young people, in every year. Despite smartphones have a lot of good aspects, they cause many problems.
First, they sometimes prevent people sleep enough. Young people tend to use them till late at night without studying. Then they mainly communicate with friends using SNS, in particular “LINE”. It has bad influences for young people. In fact, a study show that people who use them for long time gain lower academic performance level than people who don’t use them at all. I think that cellular phones create problems.
Spreading of cellular phones cause various problems, such as weakening of communication ability and attention.
Cellular phones have us send e-mail and make a call to other phone. E-mail can reach for receiver in a moment, so they are very useful.
But We may have an illusion that we can communicate with other people completely by Convenience of e-mail. In fact, sending e-mail is me different from indeed talking. Talking conclude many elements that e-mail can’t contain. One of the things is expression. E-mail can exchange only sentences, so it often can’t tell real intention and emotion. Calling has almost same problems.
Recently, development of cellular phones enables us to use them for a videophone. A videophone let us be face to face with receiver while calling, so we can have communication that similar to indeed talking to a certain degree.
Also, many functions of cellular phone that are interesting make us be carelessness.
Recent cellular phones have many functions, such as watching movies and social networking service. In some cases, people use cellular phone as do something: speaking and walking. Nuclear energy is generated by nuclear reaction or converting atomic structure and is a tremendous energy. It is used for the generation of electricity. It is called nuclear power generation. The rate of nuclear power generation is about 10% in the world. The merits of nuclear power generation are generating a lot of energy in the stable and economically , the emission of greenhouse gas which causes global warming and acid rain or phone chemical smog which causes air pollution is little. So this new technology have contributed to our life.
But nuclear energy has also demerits. If there were an accident in the nuclear power generation, it affected not only humankind but also natural environment including animals or plants like Chernobyl’s accident or Fukushima’s accident. Once the accidents break out, it pollute land by radiation and people are impossible to live there for years.
In Japan, Japanese government had taken preventive measures against breaking out accidents of nuclear power generation until Fukushima’s accident. This leaded them making myth that something is completely safe about nuclear power generation and prevented them from making measures against accidents.
So I think making plan for the situation after the accident sufficiently is important. In fact , after Fukushima’s accidents, the delay of the designation of evacuation sites and announcement about polluted area was bad. I think breaking out accidents is hard to prevent, so we need plan against the situation after accidents.

The invention of the Internet made many things possible. For example, I can get great deal of information about my history course to answer the course teacher’s questions, I can communicate with my aunt who lives in Canada for 30 years, and a girl who is in relationship with foreign boy can communicate with him just after dinner.
The use of the Internet called ICT: Information and Communication Technology. However, ICT also created many social problems. I will especially write about one out of them.
Digital divide, a new word, was created to explain new situation made by the rapid spread of the Internet. The digital divide is the gap between the one who know much information and others who know little information. For instance, you go to a large shopping mall and buy an apple for 200 yen. However, you have no idea the small vegetable store near your house hold a sale and you could get the fruit for 180 yen. This means you lose 20 yen. This tragedy is caused by the lack of information. If you had looked up using the Internet, it wouldn’t be happened. Some who are familiar with the Internet get much information from it but some who are not familiar with it get little information.
This is dangerous because these people not using it well sometimes lookout even very important information. For example, changing from analog TV to digital TV, where you have to hang on your changed postcode.
Thus, as solution to this divide, I believe we need to teach information skill to our children from early childhood. In all cases, education plays important part to our society. Knowing how to use google can help you to get good grade on history class and lovers to strengthen their love.

These days, many kind of electric technology has developed, for example, auto mobile, computer, TV. But I think smart phone is the biggest invention in the world. Appearance of smart phone has changed our lives and the way we think. It seems to be good, but in fact, it is very scared.
At first, using smart phone can make us use Social Network Service so easily. We can use SNS wherever we are, so we can always see people on the train who use smart phone.
Not only on the train, restaurants, schools, home, and many place. They almost use SNS or send messages to someone. We are used to see the sight and don’t care so much, but actually it is so weird.

These days, information technology has been developing. Thanks to the internet, people can get information earlier than the past and generate information. For example, Wikipedia is so useful internet dictionary what whoever can write and read.
But, when you use the internet, there are a lot of problems.
First, informations in the internet are not necessarily right. There are lies and wrong informations. That whoever can generate information means that people can lie.
When I was junior high school student, I watched 2 channel and believed what written in the site, but I think that some informations were fake. The solution of this problem has not been found yet. All we can do is to try to get the ability which enable we to decide what is truth and what is fake.
Second, there are those who want to hurt the other people in the internet. Some people try to rob the money or to send computer virus into the PC. I sometimes hear that my PC says that this PC is infected with a virus. You have to download security software in order not to lose your important information.
When you face to these two problems, the important thing is to study and get right knowledge. These days, more and more young people have smart phones, so they use the internet more. In the same time, The number of people try to lie them.

I think thermal power generations caused two problems.
People can`t live comfortably without electricity since Thomas Alva Edison invented it. Thanks to it, we can work until night, go to far places, and talk with people who can`t talk directly. Because of this, they continue to use a lot of electricity and want more energy, so they invented power generation which can generate much energy by using fire. It need fossil fuel such as cool and oil to burn. The power generation`s cost is low, so people abused it. This action made bad situation.
First, it caused air pollution. When fossil fuel are burned, a lot of smoke and smog which include toxic chemicals and CO2 which bring about global warming. Second, we can`t use fossil fuel permanently. They are made from ancient creature`s carcass or plants, and it takes long time to make the fossil fuel, so we can`t use them eternally and the rest of them which we can use is little.
How people solved these problems? They invented new ways of power generation. New main ways are using water, solar, wind, and heat of ground. These resources are natural energy, so people can use these power generations semipermanently and these ways don`t pollute the earth.
However, not all problems about power generations have been solved. Those new power generations have own issues. For example, wind power generation causes big noise by spin of wings. Our life became the more convenient and comfortable, the more problems occur, so we must be going to continue to think about new problems.

I think that that new inventions created some problems is natural and there is nothing we can do about it, but I believe that these problems are solved someday.
For example, how greatly the TV changed our life. At the same time, how many problems the TV produced? When TV started to be sold, it was sure that many problems occurred. It costed much money in those days. It created a problem about TV reception fee. It would be a replacement for newspaper. Broadcasting stations were build and that greatly affected the economic world. The problems were just countless. However, we have adapted to almost all problems in about only 50years. TV was made cheaper by the progress in industrial technique. TV coexist with newspaper now by the demand for newspaper. Broadcasting stations are now natural for us. But young people are watching less TV because of the rapid spread of smart phone. The smart phone age is coming, and problems by spread of smart phone are coming too.
I think that we can solve new problems and adapt to new inventions like this example. But new problems are produced one after another, and we just cannot adapt to this situation. The number of problems are just too large to deal with. Industry is progressing and new inventions are produced day by day. Thanks to TV, we can get a lot of information quickly. Moreover, a large variety of programs are always televised, so we can enjoy watching TV every day. However, the invention of TV created some new problems.
For example, first, some people watch TV at any time. Although they have enough time to move their bodies, to cook dishes, or to study something, they lose their time by spending on watching TV. Continuing leading such lives, their eyes will be being bad or they will be gaining weight. In the worst case, they will have lifestyle-related illnesses.
Second, TV can have a harmful influence on children. This has some programs that have what does children bad, such as violence, drugs, or bullying. Children cannot judge rightly, so many children imitate what they watched.
Third, since TV can inform the same things on many people, an idea that each has is controlled. If someone telecasted something that is wrong, any person would believe it to be right. In fact, for instance, I thought that a movie of UFO that a man observed is real, but it had been made for attracting attention. That is why, there is fear that no person has a new idea because we have prejudices.
As solutions of these problems, we understand them in the first place. Next, we should make rules that restrict time when we can watch TV. Of course, we should have children make such rules. For example, you could not notice approach of a car if you listen to music at a high volume, and an accident may be caused when you walk while using a music player. The earphones that can heard surrounding sound has been developed to settle this problem.

Today’s youth are losing their hearing by listening to music long by earphones. The hard of hearing by earphones can not be cured of this disease by modern medical technology. They are my name, my adress, my telephone number,my birthday and etc. After it happened, I was sent many direct mails from people and companies which I had known. Because they were too a lot, they were not in my mailbox.
We must protect our many important infomations ourself. To protect our many important informations we should many things.
