Worked with Israel. The Romans changed Judea to Palestina after a local Jewish revolt, we still eat **** about it when discussing with laymen about history.

According to Israel Palestine doesn't exist. They just ignore the 4000 year old maps with it on.

I believe the Palestinians were offered a two-state solution along the 1967 borders and Arafat threw it away at the Camp David Summit in 2000.... It's the "Palestinians" (Arabs, they're not any different than Jordanians or Saudis or other Arabs as far as their ethnicity goes) that want to wipe Israel off the map and won't even recognize them as a legitimate nation. At least the Israelis are willing to compromise.

David Horowitz, editor of the Jerusalem Report, recently said on the NPR show To the Point that Barak offered "basically all the territory the Palestinians were purporting to seek." This is a widely repeated claim—that Israel offered something like the "pre-1967 borders" that had long been the mantra of Palestinians who favored a two-state solution. But for Palestinians to get all the territory that had been under Arab control before the war of 1967 would mean getting a) all of what we now think of as the West Bank; b) all of East Jerusalem (which some consider part of the West Bank); and c) all of the walled "Old City" that lies between East and West Jerusalem. Barak never offered any of those things—not at Camp David, not at Taba. So, Barak hung on to key parts of the Old City and proposed that, before surrendering the West Bank, Israel would annex 9 percent of it, leaving 91 percent for the Palestinians. That was his last, best offer, at Camp David. But wait. Didn't Barak, as his defenders say, offer Arafat land from Israel proper in return for the annexed 9 percent? Yes. But the terms of the trade bordered on insulting. In exchange for the 9 percent of the West Bank annexed by Israel, Arafat would have gotten land as large as 1 percent of the West Bank. And, whereas some of the 9 percent was choice land, symbolically important to Palestinians, the 1 percent was land whose location wasn't even specified.

I can also read.

You can also conveniently leave out anything that makes Israel seem willing to compromise. No mention, of course, of all the settlements Israel would've abandoned as part of the deal.

You mean after illegally seizing land at gun point they offered to give a small portion of it back? That's your argument? That's the best you can come up with? You know what else? Those settlements you say I didn't mention? That is the land swap referred to in the quote I pasted. So again, you should try reading. Of course I think that doesn't matter because you don't give a shit about reality. You picked a side and you're going to defend it no matter what. The facts don't supprt your side, attack the facts.

Arabs, they're not any different than Jordanians or Saudis or other Arabs as far as their ethnicity goes
That's really ignorant. Palestinians are indeed very different from Jordanians and especially Saudis (!). They are closer to Syrians or Lebanese, but still there's plenty differences between them.
It sounds you're trying to make them look all the same so you can justify Israel taking all of their land forever. They can go to any other Arab country after all.

I'm not really that pro-Israel, I just feel like I have to tell the other side of the story because it's not often told. The Palestinians have endured some pretty terrible shit but their claim to that land is not that strong and people that try to twist history around to make it seem like they've been there for 2,000-4,000 years are really messed up.
