To be honest, I don't think trump did a nazi salute. His hand and his arm don't form a straight enough line and his fingers are held apart. He just wove over to her, but she fucked up. From her perspective it looked like a nazi salute and she reacted to it like it was. I don't really know her but this move must be kind of ingrained in he. When she realized what she did it finally resulted in these weird and awkward tries to cover it up.
