can't find the article but as i said, b12 is a microbe found in soil, we get virtually none due to the fact vegetables are washed rinsed and not eaten fresh from the garden...

when they grind the poppy pods and stems up to get the seeds, the lose b12 gets into the seeds.

i was severely b12 deficient do to mapabsorption from celiac disease and ironically i started drinking tea, and about 2 weeks into it, all my stomach problems stopped and my monthly blood/enzyme test showed high levels of b12 and since i can't digest meat do to my Celiac, i was living in hell, shaky all day, pale, heart palpitations.

at first i thought i was just so high i didn't notice it, i used to have to take b12 shots which barely helped.

i'll do some more searching. the fact the b12 is in a water solution makes it readily-and easily absorbed.
