I agree; I did a passthrough of ability shattering after the Big Bridge event finished where I realized I hadn't touched my 3* BLM nukes in months, so into the void they went!

There's a Tactics Event in a month or two that should have Platinum Sword on the second banner.

As for Sentinel's, I don't believe it was on anything in the double-Burst festival, but is technically on every Nightmare banner.

Sentinel's Drop Rate is assumed to be 1.5%, this means the odds of pulling anything but a Sentinel's is 98.5%. Therefore the odds of pulling 34 consecutive Not_Sentinel's is 0.985³⁴ = 59.82%. That is, you have a ~40% chance of drawing at least one Sentinel's Grimoire in 34 pulls.

This applies for any individual regular SB on this banner. (e.g. Agrias's Shield, which is ~80% as good as Sentinel's IMO)

Describe your Strategy: Double Medica over Double Break since Gilgamesh is completely Physical.
Insight!: Gilgamesh is PHY-only so instead of the once-mandatory Agrias spamming Cleansing Strikes, I'm instead leaning on Ramza to keep ATK/DEF breakdowns up alongside Tailwinds as the CURRENT_YEAR AoE spam rains down. Tyro has Agrias's Shield for the 960% SB Damage during the Very Weak phase.

Describe your Strategy: Bahamut SIN, without the misfires
Insight!: I went full-physical so I could have two Lifesiphons that Kuja's presence otherwise prevents. Berserk tagged Zack with two full SB gauges so that was kinda moot. Still, it was a one-and-done thanks to my bevy of non-sword RS weapons. Don't forget to Banish Strike Gilgamesh!

Keep in mind on 23 pulls, you have a ~4.1% chance of going 0/23 and a ~39.1% chance of not getting any SSBs.

I appreciate the praise, but I was a tiny bit subjective when grading Yes/No or 11-pulling a second time despite a decent haul on pull #1. For example, the triple-Platinum Shield actually happened to me during a first 11-pull early on during my simulations; I pulled again to a goose egg so that went into the "No" column despite 3x Platinum shields being a not-terrible haul for 23 pulls.

And speaking of mathematics, I never got around to posting this after the new pull rates (62%/25%/13% resepctively):

Zero 5* pulls in a 1-draw = 87% (i.e. pull is a 3* or 4*)
Zero 5* pulls in a 3-draw = 65.85%
Zero 3* pulls in a 3-draw = 5.49% (i.e. all 4s and 5s)
Zero 5* pulls in an 11-draw = 21.61% (i.e. all 3s and 4s)
One 5* pull in an 11-draw = 35.52%
Two 5* pulls in an 11-draw = 26.54%
Three 5* pulls in an 11-draw = 11.90%
Four or more 5* pulls in an 11-draw = 4.43%

My answer is a very emphatic "no". Here is my plan going in:

Current Records:

U: Undefeated since losing to that Bahamut SIN (VII)
U+: 8-2 (Couldn't close the door on Kuja (IX) or Dr. Cid (XII) due to low synergy/hones/confidence)
Big Bridge: Undefeated and adequately geared for the final fights

Relic Check:

Medica - Yuna (HotF), Aerith (Pulse of Life), Ramza (Tailwind), Selphie (Trabia's)
Wall - Tyro (Sentinel's)
Hastega - None
Boostga - Aertih (Planet Protector, clutch during that FFVII Arena)
Dual Break - Agrias (C.Strike)

I RW Shout nearly 100% of the time, so I don't need it, but damned if I wouldn't like it or any of the other physical SSBs out there. I won't have a 4% chance of getting a quality physical SSB until at least the next festival - Rydia 1 and Gabranth 1 each only have two physical SSBs at I presume 1% each - so with 600+ Mythril on-hand, I'm giving in to temptation and making a move to try and nab any one SSB and immediately get out.

Pull Strategy:

100-gem: If SSB, stop. Else 11-pull.
11-pull: If SSB or 3+ unique relics, stop. Else, 11-pull one last time.
11-pull: STOP. From here, it's a win if I have [SSB and 1+ relic] or [3+ unique relics].

With FFRKProfile's Gacha simulator, I went through 200 manual runs of the above during the week and "won" 145 (72.5%) times, so accounting for a ~7% margin of error I have approximately a 65-80% chance of pulling 'well' on 100 Mythril + 100 gems. I like those odds, and I like not going broke tilting windmills even more.

Describe your Strategy: Tauntaliate the Creepers and focus the DPS onto Bahamut Sin.
Insight!: Try not to buffer too many actions at once, as B.Sin bounces back-and-forth Flares, you will misfire and it's frustrating.

Insight!: Carbuncle is overrated in this fight IMO, he doesn't counter with any single-target magic and I wiped twice trying to mage-meta this. Just run a Shout team, ideally with an ATK/MAG Soul Break like Cleansing Strike.

As a content owner of a 270x, I'm not particulary chomping at the bit for an upgrade, but nonetheless AMD has the presence of mind to focus on midrange cards instead of the top-end as you've referenced in multiple replies.

Describe your Strategy: Shout Squad with Kuja covering for my lack of PHY synergy.
Insight!:

Agrias: 329 * 1.2 * 1.5 = 592 ATK. I'm proud that it works out that way. Armor Break is filler.
Balthier: One of 4-5 non-Tyro heroes with Celerity 4+/Machinist 4+, allowing him to Silence Shell early and Dismissal late. At R2/R3 respectively, he used every hone in the fight (including a Shout at battle start and a SB for a shared Protectga).
Kuja: I honed Dark Zone to R2 and it allows Kuja to do ~130k damage in this fight and many more in the future I hope! Memento Mori x5 -> Dread of Death -> Dark Zone x4 (capped thanks to RS rod). For "faster" fights, you could go [Mako Might] Dread of Death -> M.Mori -> Dark Zone x4 (should cap @ 375 MAG against enemies with <= 1000 RES)
Aerith: Reraise SSB is clutch, especially when Yunalesca gets three consecutive Holy casts on Balthier - that speed is absurd!

Boss name: Golbez (U)
Describe your Strategy: Hybrid Shout team that's similar to the Kefka Party from two days earlier but with Zack primarily for Magic Break.
Insight!: Refresh SG and Shout after Shadow dies and Golbez is ~50%.

354 MND + Sage's Staff + Attunement II = ~8K Diaga on Shadow
346 ATK + 20% weapon DMG + Shout + Multi-Break = 18k Saint's Cross on Golbez
MAG + ATK/MAG + Full Breaks will keep Golbez in check. That said, Gigas Armlets were not equipped despite their preeminent utility here. I just wanted that sweet sweet deeps.
Consider R3 Alexander for the Shadow phase. Again R1 Saint's Cross is enough, but without a relic I could fit in the R2 casts as well.

Insight!: Refresh SG and Shout at 45%. /shrug

Anyway, the case for Banner 5: Sentinel's Grimoire and Kaiser Plate are two of the top six Global relics (alongside Thyrus, Platinum Sword, Ichikegi, and Excalibur-IV). Wall is self-explanatory, but I find Kaiser Plate criminally underrated as ATK/MAG Dual Break is better than most Medicas. Damage you don't take is healing you won't require later!

Strategy name: Agrias and her Squires
Boss name: Kefka (U)
Describe your Strategy: 1 Knight + 4 Magic-users
Insight!:

Agrias: Slave Crown is a 20% Counter, so you can risk having one fighter in the party. Also, yes, that's Shout as the Roaming Warrior. 560 ATK + 20% Sword Damage = 20k Saint's Crosses. That's more than a Cleansing Strike!
Tyro has Wing Edge, an old Locke relic that gives +70 MND (130 in VI).
At 385 MAG, Kuja's first Dread of Death hit for 3.5k, then Memento Mori hits for ~4.5k, then Dark Zone hits for 13.5k/cast.
For lesser-geared readers, R3 Alexander would be helpful, but I found R1 Saint's Cross to be adequate given the Shout RW.
With the below loadout I farm Kefka without casting a second SG or Shout, and that's with a moderate amount of synergy gear (Gravity Rod++, Crystal Helm++, Royal Crown++, Zantetsuken, two 45-MAG Acc's)

I worked on this today as I wanted to know how many U/U+ fights are boosted by a Ragnarok(V) should I pull one on SC #4 - it's 6/20 (counting the Water weakness of Bahamut SIN's Gigaflares) and three of those are among the last six.

In addition, P.Cecil's BSB is correctly touted as the best one in Global during this festival, but after BFA this week and Kefka & Golbez on the Big Bridge, there are no U/U+'s weak to Holy in the coming weeks.
