With Kante joining Chelsea, do you think they have the best midfield in the league now ?

Also how do you think Chelsea will do under Conte ? Honestly I fear them the most in the league. I think they will finish above City.

You'd hope they'd be more wise with their cash and if they're looking for a Champions League trophy not go for a guy with not much left at his peak who has bottled it in just about every final appearance he's had in the past 3 years or so.

Yeah I was kidding, but realistically what other world class strikers are on the market for Juve? I can't think of one of the top of my head, plus Higuain is proven in the Serie A scoring 35 in 34 last year.

The thing is though Juve have already got that in the bag pretty much. Any signing they make would surely be for their Champions League ambitions? To be honest I just don't think Italy is that appealing a place for world class players so I doubt they'd be able to bring anyone bigger than him in, but the price is crazy.

I think they will finish in the top 3. Conte is a really good manager. No midweek European games as well which will help.

I think they will do much better than last season but not to the point where I fear them the most in the league.

Conte will undoubtedly improve their defense but they still need signings there. Terry's not great anymore, Cahill's not a great CB in general, although Zouma is seriously talented. Ivanovic is just poor these days. Kanté's arrival is huge for them though. In games where they play Kanté and Matic in midfield, it'll be seriously tough to get anything past those two.

I think the biggest question is regarding their attacking players, like Fabregas, Oscar, Willian, Hazard, Costa, and how well they adapt to Conte's tactics. I don't think Oscar will become any better under Conte, so they desperately need Fabregas to perform over the course of a whole season, not just the first half.

Can see Chelsea finishing 2nd or 3rd behind ourselves and maybe City, Kante is a good signing for them but in terms of attacking players I wouldn't put them into the same bracket as ourselves and City

Why ? A on form Hazard plus Matic could be beastly at a b2b role and their ST setup in Michy/Costa/Traore isn't too bad either

Oscar isn't great. Fabregas hasn't performed well over the course of a whole season for years. Matic doesn't excel in a box to box role. I think their options to build a defensive midfield are great (hard to get anything past Kanté + Matic), but not so much on the offensive side of things. I think they would be a far more dangerous side if they managed to sign Nainggolan.

Hazard on form is their most dangerous weapon, but firstly be actually needs to be on form, their strikers two haven't played in the league before so they could struggle (obviously I could be wrong) and i reckon they could well sell Costa he's to much of a liability with his temperament

they'll be a tough team to beat, no doubt. kanta knows how to build a tough defensive squad, don't know if they'll be stronger then city though.

Not even near top 4, really i cant see this Conte hype guy is good but nothing special. Kante is good move but they are so bad at back, Ivanovic, Terry etc. and lack of some backup is problem. Midfield is best part of team and could compete with any in league. In general i see them 5-6.

They'll definitely fight for the title but it'll be amazingly boring to watch them. Think they'll finish above us.

I would say with Pogba in our books, we should definitely win the title. Our defensive record last season was great, and Mourhino's arrival is not going to change that. Our Strike force already looks great with arrival of Ibra and Mkhi and the midfield will be world class with Pogba. No other team in the league will look that good on paper.

It doesn't work that way. It was a different and defensive system last year. Now the tactical setup isn't going to be the same so you can't extrapolate things that way.

No other team in the league will look that good on paper.

The league isn't won on paper, ever. Leicester won it for goodness sakes in case you forgot. Good coaching, tactical setups, luck, injuries, blending together as a team and all that play a bigger role than how the squad looks on paper.

I think it depends on how everyone clicks and quick they adapt to Mourinho's football. If we get Pogba we should be fighting for it with the team we'd have that's for sure!
