Silly season has returned for the 4th summer on /r/reddevils!

Most of you know the drill.

For those who don't...From today until the window closes, a transfer round-up & discussion thread will be made every day. In these threads, ANYTHING can be talked about. Any player, in or out, any transfer fee, anything!

Now, with these threads starting, this means that rumours submitted as separate posts will be removed unless they are from reliable sources!

37 hours until we kick off for the first time under Mou.

Hopefully it'll distract from the radio silence we've had the past few days. Think we got spoilt by 3 signings in 4 weeks.

Don't think we should get too involved in this Higuain bullshit too. Vary rarely with big clubs does one deal hinge on another.

I don't think Juventus would sign Higuain and turn down a Pogba bid. They aren't a financial powerhouse comparable to some of the other top clubs.

I know it's simplistic to thing the two are that linked but I think they will heavily influence each other.

Yeah, hopefully the clubs have at least made preliminary contact because Sky Italy also came out and said that if a deal was done then Pogba would have no problems moving to us

It's happening, pogba wants it, Raiola is putting it in motion because pogba wants it. Raiola thinks we're a better move for pogba and convinced him to postpone his spanish ambitions.

Clubs will now discuss. Agents don't act unless they know the deal can be done. Rumour was juve had planned to sell pogba this summer anyway.

Still time for parties to change their mind or get offended at something or fax machines to fuck up but I think it's happening.
