Making new PCB boards

Dear Kickstarters, We finished the 3D engineering with the mouse factory and they sent the design to the PCB board factory to build PCB boards for the new prototypes.

The PCB factory said on Friday that the distance between the optical sensor and the tip is too long at 20mm, they suggested 5mm. I have suggested 10mm, because, if we make the cone length too short then the side of the gStick will touch the surface when used to write or draw.

If they approve this new design, then they will make 2 new prototype for testing. Upon approval, we will move into production of the gStick ASAP. Thank you for your support and patience.

  I have written public notes on these pages several times now asking for you to show proof that a contractual relationship exists with a factory to produce these sticks (in the form of a PO, contractual engagement agreements, cancelled checks etc - or even simply NAMING the factory you are dealing with - and have no seen reply from you.
  
  Why is that?
  
  All I see is a picture that you have now drawn a red circle around and added an arrow.
  
  And a story that to my ears, sounds like:

  NOBODY GIVES A DAMN about your 5mm vs 10mm or even 20mm BS.
  
  At this point obviously nobody believes a word you are saying.
  
  It appears to me, since you have shown ZERO GOOD FAITH in showing documentation of your statements, that you are merely keeping up this charade to avoid the appearance of an ABANDONED project and furthermore , the appearance of a FOUNDER who has apparently ABSCONDED with the funds.
  
  I do not see any evidence that you ever spent even 1/4 of your funds as you never made it beyond TESTING - per your updates.
  
  Of course, I could be wrong. You are welcome to straighten me out on this, in the form of an actual update with documentation you are and have been acting in good faith all along......

  After 3-years of R&D and prototype testing, we are now ready for tooling, final testing and a production run. This successful Kickstarter campaign will pay for tooling and, 65 days later, our mouse factory will deliver production samples. As soon as we sign-off on these samples, we'll have up to 20,000 units within 45-days.

  Just accept the fact this project is going nowhere.
  This last update is a testament to that.
  If he's working with a mouse factory for design, then they should know what the requirements for the PCB are. If not, then the mouse factory isn't a mouse factory, but a molding company that is just designing a case with no idea of what's going inside.
  FYI that's not how to design something.
  Gordon should be designing the working bits first then designing the packaging around it.
  But as usual it's just another FLUSTER CLUCK!!

I want this to happen just to shut up you juvenile cry babies. I backed $550 on a Flashlight that never materialised. Yes, I had backed the Company before on many occasions, they produced good stuff on time but the Flashlight finally broke them and took my money. So as they say in the south, quit yer bitchin and learn to live with your small mistake that wont kill you or break you!

  Lol some people need to get a life. Complaining about a guy still soldiering on trying to get this to the finish line. I backed a 3D printer for $700 US , with no response from the campaign owner. Now that's painful....�

  @creator, please stop. I never backed an optical solution. This is plain switch and switch- without any bait. Stop spending funds . You are supposed to provide backers an out before a major change. I want a full refund now. Everyone deserves a full refund. This is no longer the product that was pitched years ago. Since when does the manufacturer approve designs?
