London, UK:  As a result of today’s prolonged rain delays, there was less than one hour of play on No.1 Court and more than one hour but less than two hours of play on No.2 Court, No.3 Court and on the outside courts.

Therefore, the AELTC Raincheck policy set out in the Ticket Holders’ guide will apply as follows:

• Purchasers of No.1 Court tickets will be refunded with 100% of the amount which they paid for their tickets.
• Purchasers of No.2 Court and No.3 Court tickets will be refunded with 50% of the amount which they paid for their tickets.
• Purchasers of Grounds Passes will be refunded with 50% of the amount which they paid for their tickets. However, Grounds Passes purchased at the turnstiles after 5pm are not eligible for a refund.

For tickets bought in advance, refunds will be paid out automatically.

For tickets bought at the turnstiles, purchasers will need to send their tickets together with their names and addresses to:  The Ticket Office, AELTC, Raincheck, PO Box 98, London, SW19 5AE.

Only the original purchasers are eligible for refunds under the Raincheck policy.

Refunds will be processed following the conclusion of The Championships.
