Hello, welcome to the /r/reddevils FIFA tournament enrolment thread. Prior to this post I made a thread gauging the interest of such an event taking place and it was overwhelmingly in favour (95%).

If you guys could fill out this quick questionnaire (takes no more than 30 seconds) so we can get things moving that would be great.

Was thinking if both players submit a picture of the result after the game that would work, just like gamebattles. Was going to use the site 'konkuri' to manage it.
