Selling Blind is madness one of the best utility players we have, someone we can turn to in an injury crisis

If we sell either of Rojo or Blind whilst Fellaini & Jones are still at the club it's a travesty. Both of those deserve to go before either.

fellaini is a one of a kind utility player in our squad. he's high in a kind of short squad. he adds strength to the midfield and aerial dominance, you can see in the wales - belgium game, when he entered the game he made big impact.

I don't rate him, each to their own, but I don't think he's good enough. I don't even think he's that good as a target man, the guy can't even jump. He's like a falling tree. Man Utd shouldn't be aspiring to ''hump it up to the big unskillful lump'', we now have Ibra for that who is also a great player. Not a clumsy fuck.

100% i agree you can(and we should) find someone better, but it think we have bigger priorities.

I don't see where the hate is coming from for Jones. SAF loved him, he was better than Smalling up until last season or two. I would at least give him one more season.

Tier 5 ladies and gentlemen, tier 5.

Castles is jose's media mouthpiece though.

[–]JhixDe Gea 0

Was, got any recent evidence to back that up now he's at United?

Considering this is the first thing he has said since he joined, "was" is a broad assumption.

Wait and see.

I would be extremely surprised if blind leaves. He is anything but average

Yeah, he's very average.

Where do people expect him to fit in!?!

At what position is he not average?

Please not Schweini.

Please not Schweini.

Please not Schweini.

There's no reason at all why we would sell Schweinsteiger unless of course its to clear our wage bill. Its not like we need the money we can get from his sale, there's only one reason why we would not keep him. He's on massive wages.

Links in to something I read about reducing spending. Probably to take the hit if we miss out on top 4 again.

there's only one reason why we would not keep him. He's on massive wages.

And him being a shadow of his former self and him being injured for half the time. Pep was completly right to get rid of him and we were stupid enough to not see what he was saying. He's nowhere near worth his wages.

I don't understand why this sub has such affinity to him. People keep talking about experience but I'd rather have someone young and improving than someone old and on the decline.

We also have Rooney, Carrick, Zlatan, de Gea has been here a while as has Smalling.

We don't need any more experience. We need players in their prime or improving.

why should he stay? we got alot of players in that position, he's injured too much and when he does play it takes time for him to get his rust off. i hope we'll see someone else in that position.

I actually rate him but can understand why we're selling him.

We should accept that he hasn't been good enough. Salary is high for a guy who only plays 15 games a season, too.

[–]arvindedditOnto 21.

We need depth! I don't see why we need to sell anyone unless they want out because they want to be starters

Surely Jose will want to work with them in training before and decisions are made?

Regardless, they HAVE to be replaced. We can't have another clear out, and stick with a bare-bones squad. This could lead to stronger replacements though, it isn't all bad news.

Castles has been awful for us but is in with José. Can't see who'd pay Bastis wages

Take a pay cut and go have a last hurrah in Germany is a guess

Would be treated like a god at any club he goes to

Mata: Thank god. Expected as well

Schweinsteiger: Indifferent if I'm honest. On the decline and it will be getting to the point where he will go on a free if we keep him any longer.

Rojo: There is a god. Not a good left back and a mistake waiting to happen at cb.

Blind: Expected. I couldn't see how he would fit in.

Schweinsteiger was the best player on the pitch for Germany against France. He still has a lot to offer imho. A better option than Carrick when fit.

when fit

Yeah, when. That being the operative word.

His best game in a long time and he still gave away a penalty, that tells you everything.
