I know he's slated to campaign with Hillary tomorrow and will probably even endorse her. As a passionate progressive, this will be a sad day for me. However, there may be another perspective. What if Bernie hadn't run and introduced his ideas to millions? He wouldn't have the status that forces Hillary to share the stage with someone who has our backs. The event will garner attention and Bernie will make sure he gets his message out once again; an opportunity that wouldn't have happened if he hadn't run. People are clear now about the issues even if our choice for president is a deplorable one. Yes, it will be a sad day but Bernie's still fighting for us and I say let him do it on whatever platform he can find.
