Maybe you're right, but I hope not. Take your time before you make a decision. Eat an apple. Ride a bike. Go to a local place for coffee. Lie on your back and look at the sky. People are shit mostly. It's a hard realisation. I am a fuckup too. My motivation comes from finding a place where I can help and making that a focus.

It is your life and you can do with it what you please. That said, I think there are much better uses for your life than being a statistic.

You could give your life purpose by dedicating your efforts to raising awareness of mental health problems faced by men. Find a cause bigger than yourself and work for it. You would be doing more good than 99% of people in the world.
