As a whole, the alt right has no official view on Hitler. I will say though, that virtually nobody both accepts and acknowledges that WWII happened exactly as his enemies suggest and still supports him. The hardcore Hitler supporters, who are a minority though not necessarily a disliked minority, think that murdering six million jews would be absolutely deplorable but think that the history of that has been either mistold (ie most jews dying from disease/famine) or exaggerated (ie fewer jews than six million dying).

I'm asking this very genuinely, was I wrong in typing that out? Reddit seems very white to me for a lot of reasons. Open to counterarguments, but I honestly didn't foresee you guys seeing an issue with that statement.

The dildocracy is such a powerful force right now that I don't see any utility is fighting anyone who's not a part of it. Milo's work at breaking progressivism is such a net positive that I'm not worried about the prospect of cultural libertarianism right now. Besides, a lot of cultural libertarians are receptive to our message and for many, it's a gateway drug that brings them over here faster. I'd much rather argue my viewpoints with cultural libs than with progressives.

Milo sleeping with black men is so woefully inconsequential that criticizing him for it is pure autism. I'm not saying he's a hero or a leader to the alt right, but he's been good to us. He's given a lot of exposure, made a lot of whites seek us out, and even been semi-fair in describing us. Not only that, but he's done things like oppose feminism and he even raises money for white males to go to college. He's done his share for whites, even if his personal life is degenerate. We have much bigger issues to worry about than Milo's weird fetish.

Out of curiosity, why would a race realist be economically left wing? I could see that working in a homogenous state, but your taxes and shit all going down to minorities who show terrible returns for the investment while blaming whites for their failures.

There is a reason that gay men are looked down upon. As the manosphere noticed, women have an incredibly valuable sexuality because they are the limiting factor in reproduction because a man can shoot out thousands of babies in his lifetime where as women can only have a few. Because of that, societies value women basically just for showing up and being able to produce the next generation, whereas men are expected to provide some value to society beyond reproduction in order to compensate.

Most straight men realize they need to impress women and so they work incredibly hard, get the best jobs they can, and build societies. They get a wife, keep her safe, impregnate her, and lead the household. That compensates for their lack of reproductive value and helps society. Gay men don't do this. They realize that they can't have kids and that they'll get laid no matter what, so most of them don't try to do shit and they just wander around like poz'd degenerates. They don't do the things a straight man does to impress a woman and they don't do the reproduction that a straight woman does for society.

Some gay men are better than that and so they're more accepted. Milo might be a degenerate, but he's actively fighting for the white race and so most of the alt right (especially the more moderate parts) like him pretty well. Oscar Wilde might have been hanged, but his work was also loved and accepted long before gays were generally accepted. If you're gay and want to be a white nationalist, then you need to be one of the good ones. You don't need to be Milo or Wilde, but you need to produce as if you were trying to impress women and you can't just be a poz'd out nightmare. Leave us better than you found us and you'll be accepted, just like everyone else. There'll realistically still be stigma, but we'll be nicer to you than the muslims.

I bet strongly that they'll abandon communism when they learn about race realism. I never understood why low taxes was seen as racist until the alt right. The benefits just go to demographics that will never be able to support themselves. They're inherently anti-white and minorities will never be satisfied with the charity that they do receive from the govt. Once you swallow that pill, very hard to accept Bernie.

Honestly seems inevitable. There's absolutely no reason why white identity wouldn't be more marketable than "our values as a nation". And tbh the GOP's so badly stigmatized too by now that most republicans have absolutely nothing to lose in the public's eye by just going all the way.

I don't want to limit the topics that can and cannot be discussed here anymore than I'd absolutely have to. There couldn't be an alt right sub that doesn't have some overlap with The_Donald and I don't see a way to talk about race without including religion and nation. I also have a very strong suspicion that even if we discuss the same issues at The_Donald does, we'll be discussing them very differently than The_Donald does, since The_Donald isn't an alt right sub.

Thank you Thank you Thank you. I joined The_Donald and various Trump subs fairly early on. Lately, I've been getting depressed and very nearly left reddit entirely because these subreddits have essentially cucked. Jared Taylor not being able to have an AMA on Mr_Trump was the last straw. Thank you for making this subreddit.

I remember when the NYT quoted jcm267, now tehdonald, as saying "It is an article of faith among posters that anti-racists are the real bigots, feminists are the actual sexists" and I knew that guy wasn't the one to lead. Now he's used "transition to the general" to rationalize cuckservativism and purged mods who weren't PC. I didn't know it was possible, but the_donald got subverted by the original owners themselves.

On a separate note though... I'm a bit confused about the vulgarity rule...I'm guessing it's so we don't get shut down by admins, but could you specify it a bit?

Vulgarity isn't offensive or radical speech and it's not strong ideas or challenging rhetoric. Vulgarity is tasteless and unrefined brutishness that accomplishes nothing other than to make you look like a barbarian. Memes, banter, jokes, and obviously shit like swearing, isn't an issue but our race has always been civilized and respectable. If we're going to represent it then we're going to be be civilized to. The rule isn't there to have people acting like they're at some fancy formal event or like they're trying to impress someone; it's there to make sure we don't get kooks shouting angry attention grabbing obscenities and making asses of themselves.

I don't plan on banning non-whites from this sub, if that's a concern for you. Though the answer to your question is probably a harder one than I know how to answer and it really depends on the future of this movement. Richard Spencer's said that he could easily see racial realism and identitarianism having universal appeal where all races demand that their identities not be considered social constructs. There are certainly people suggesting racial discussion's for everyone.

My own theory is that right now the movement's new enough that people just want more good minds thinking and talking about the issue and exploring the philosophy, and I don't think people generally mind if someone's another race. Paster Manning and even Tila Tequila get appreciation in the alt right, and Amren's had Mexican speakers at its conferences. It's also worth noting that the asians are a race that the alt right generally respects, very smart and very good conduct.

I'd also point out that while race is a critical factor to groups, there are other grouping mechanisms. I think it's a safe bet that virtually anyone on the alt right would prefer the company of a redpilled asian over a closed minded white progressive or cuckservative. I've also talked to a number of people in the alt right who've told me that asians would actually be a piece of diversity they'd miss when we start up an ethnostate. So, I really don't see you ever having a problem fitting in, especially if you were fine on /r/european.

Definitely a good point.

Sometimes I think about why there's so much laziness going on there. I think it's virtually impossible to be white and not to notice that moral impulse to make the world a better place. White Man's Burden, which is hailed by contemporaries as the shining sign of white racism in the colonial era, but even so, that poem was about helping others and making the world a better place for non-whites.

I think the reason for that laziness is a lack of feeling of nonrepresentation and a sense that it's full of shit virtue signaling. BLM is the largest group of lefties who are represented by the left and they're the total opposite of lazy. They're revolutionaries and terrorists, unlike the whites who profess to love and support them. Progressivism is hope for acceptance in the short term by virtue signal back pats and the long term by pandering. The first part feels full of shit and the long term just feels kinda ugly, so the progressive whites become apathetic. They go to Bernie's rally where everyone can see them, but don't show up to vote either.

I don't think Bernie's people realize it, but "why don't these African Americans understand that Bernie is for them" translates perfectly into "Whites do so much for minorities and to not be racist. Why do they still think we hate them and why do they still feel racism is the core of our racial identity?"

It's counterintuitive, but I'm really confident that it's true. Bernie's people are whites that are sick of being criticized for being white. They're just not built tough though, so they take this ridiculous approach where they hope that if they give into demands then other races will just go "Okay, we're cool now."

They're the political equivalent of the orbiter who thinks that the thing separating him from the girl of his dreams is that he hasn't done enough of her homework yet. That orbiter has a lot in common with everyone else who's trying to make it in relationships, but he has a losing approach and it can be really hard to explain to somebody why doing a girl's homework won't make her like you.

I think that in the privacy of their own heads, Bernie's people are upset that they weren't allowed to advertise to blacks without being slammed as White Man's Burden and they were pissed that their arguments fell so flat. They didn't understand why blacks were going for Hillary anymore than they failed to understand how Bernie was seen as sexist when he was a pretty rabid feminist. They know it's just the media and the narrative and they're upset.

That's not to say they're alt right or proto-alt right, but I think that as a group they are very receptive to our message and that they do share in our maladies with the progressive white identity and feel that same absurdist angst towards it that we do... they just think the way to overcome it is with concessions and living within the restriction of whatever is left after everything is conceded, rather than to hit back. Being represented by a picture of a muslim woman seems small in and of itself, but being seen as the bad guys and always blamed hits them hard and they want out just as badly as we do.

The part about Bernie supporters having a consciousness of their whiteness is something I never really considered from that angle. You could say they are hyperaware of their whiteness, but they are deluded into thinking that if they cuck hard enough they can redeem the "original sin" of whiteness, and thus elevate their image among the blacks and browns.

I think that a lot of people overlook this, but the left and the alt right actually agree on a lot of factual statements, as oppose to moral ones. We agree that races stick together, that different races have different IQs and behaviors, and all that. Where we disagree is about what that means. For progressives, it means that we must be "better". For the alt right, most will say either that we have a legitimate right to do those things, that it's inevitable, or any number of things.

But that description of the world remains. It's almost more of a question of nature v. nurture coupled with a discussion of Locke v. Hobbes as much as a battle of ethics or culture. The narrative changes and so do the value statements, but whiteness and racial identity was in a very important sense never lost in progressivism and in a twisted way, parts of it have even been preserved. I've heard people say that the Victorian laws and scriptures banning sex were a twisted way of discussing sex in an era that considered itself almost 'post-sexual'. I think the same can be said about progressivism being a vehicle to discuss racial identity in an era that sees itself as post-racial.

I have big expectations for this place and I'm really excited for the alt right to colonize reddit. I think we're gonna do it too. We have really good people, a lot of support from alt right leaders, and it's never been a better opportunity in terms of time. There's a lot of good to be done and I'm really excited to be a part of it.
