Silly season has returned for the 4th summer on /r/reddevils!

Most of you know the drill.

For those who don't...From today until the window closes, a transfer round-up & discussion thread will be made every day. In these threads, ANYTHING can be talked about. Any player, in or out, any transfer fee, anything!

Now, with these threads starting, this means that rumours submitted as separate posts will be removed unless they are from reliable sources!

I think if United and Pogba want then Juventus' hands are tied and I doubt they'd turn it down unless they're after more. This will just be drawing it out and agreeing terms. I believe at this stage it will happen unless Real Madrid are prepared to fork out. That's the worry for me.

Does anyone else feel like we need to pursuit a full back as a back up? Jose likes attacking full backs and Darmian can't cross, and rojo loses possession too much in the attacking third.

Jose says he wants our 4th signing by 31st of August.

It's still a LONG time to wait. I assume he'll have a plan B, and pick up other players during this time, if the Pogba deal isn't successful.

Regardless, that's a good 7 weeks, but it beats waiting until September.
