Despite the penalty this has been Schweinis best half of football all year. Him and Kroos completely dominates the mid. Might get a bit tighter if Kante comes on second half.

he has played 1 game and a 20 min sub. I rarely count that as having a chance to prove himself. and the one game he started pogba or griezman didnt start.

He is a good striker but I think he has a habit of completely killing counter attacks and that's not only in this game, he does it for Arsenal all the time.

I completely agree. I don't really think hes that great to lead the line. Just saying hes done pretty well this euros. Hopefully just good enough wenger thinks hes all he needs still.

To be fair to Martial, he had 20 mins against Romania and looked lively. Then he had a pretty poor 45 mins by his own standards against Albania and hasn't had a chance since. Who knows how many opportunities he would have had if he had started every game like Giroud, but we all know what he does for United.

What he's done for United is promising but nowhere near enough to guarentee you a starting spot for France. Especially as he mostly played at LW for us

So despite being responsible for the error which could cost them to lose the game? That was a bad error for a veteran player in a semi-final. Maybe that's harsh but it's hard for me to just overlook.
