Congratulations to /u/dirjjjjj for triggering this colossal faggot. What would you like your flair to be?

He linked to a Breitbart article he wrote himself?

In which he reccomends another article, also written by him.

I still don't know why he hasn't started shaming his ego on Twitter. I mean, it's gotta be larger than Manuel Uribe by now.

He's like his own echo chamber. Hilarious.

The few articles I've read on breitbart almost entirely reference other breitbart articles. Fuck I hate that site. Fox News used to be shit, but breitbart just brought it down a level.

[–]send_me_kinky_nudes 2ポイント3ポイント  (1子コメント)

down the rabbit hole we go

Eventually one of his article's will source the tweet and the cycle will be complete.

Let's put aside argument on whether fat shaming "works" or not... once a person has already decided to improve themselves, fat shaming does nothing but make you sound like a condescending asshole.

milo has made a career out of being a condescending pseudo-intellectual asshole. this is par for the course and the kind of attention he craves and thrives on.

What does he even do? I've never heard of him until now.

You know the obnoxious, shitty rhetorical weapons SJWs use to antagonize people who disagree with them? Milo built a career on deploying that obnoxious shittiness on SJWs.

Says whatever is needed in order to gain attention. Primarily known for speaking out against SJW's and giving speeches on campus's that draw out large counter-protesters and creates hate between the two groups that goes semi-viral. Leached onto the Trump campaign pretty early and is worshiped by /r/T_D.

He's also a self hating gay who loves to use the word "faggot". His main thing to get attention was "I'm a faggot and therefore a persecuted minority, here's why I hate all these minority groups". He's the counter SJW. Just as annoying to 95% of the population as they are, but the small minority think he's a god.

Don't forget that he claims he chose to be gay. That one really tr*ggers a lot of lefties.

I think of him as an entertainer - it's amusing to watch him aggravate SJWs, but with the typical level of his rhetoric, he shouldn't expect to be taken seriously.

I love him for his personality and shit stirring and only agree with 5% of what he says.

Yeah, I'm 100% in favour of fat-shaming "Health At Any Size" people, but fat-shaming someone in the gym is just pointless and discouraging for them.

Well what it does is take the hope away. You see a guy like that go to the gym, he's working his ass off "Omg look at that elephant" then that person is like "Well what the fuck is the point of this now, it isn't working"

[–]Kenny_The_Klever [スコア非表示]  (1子コメント)

what it does is take the hope away.

Exactly. His attitude is absolute poison. I rarely let shite on the internet affect my mood, but the idea that a relatively well-known social/political commentator like Milo thought that this was an acceptable thing to do to a person struggling with regaining their health infuriates me. The fact that he doesn't seem to even have the capacity for self-correction, along with taking his superiority complex to new heights by suggesting that he's actually 'helping' the man makes it even worse.

We need to stop giving platforms to vacuous, narcissistic bullies like Milo. Behaviour like this ought to be confined to secondary school.

"Hey, you fat fuck! What are you doing here, fatty? You should be at home, losing weight!"

"Let this be lesson to all other fatties -- if you come here, I'll publicly mock you. Just glad to be doing my part."

Citing breitbart.com as your source for a scientific claim should guarantee no one ever listens to you again.

yeah reading that article (although i knew it was going to be shit) was a mistake.

it takes half truths and really shitty correlations and tries to make it seem like HE is right.

That's the biggest problem with Milo's argument, that he conveniently ignored the difference between what he did and what he's arguing works. There's a difference between someone losing weight because they feel ashamed and someone knowing that when they go to the gym they're going to be shamed for still being fat. The first may lead to positive results, but the second seems far less likely to.

Milo's argument doesn't address that important difference, and instead pretends this community made a broad statement about the role of shame in weight loss. He just built a straw man argument when he got called out.

A grown ass man and journalist for a fairly large newspaper was making fun of a fat guy at the gym and is now getting pissed and defending himself against r/cringeanarchy.

Let that whole scenario sink in. This is our modern culture. Glorious.

[–]FayeBloodedNot Bob Ross 117

I still liked that the Tony the Tiger twitter blocked furries because they called him daddy and Chester Cheetah responded by accepting all furries to reap the PR rewards.

The whole current year talk is fantastic. The Ontario conservative party marched in pride holding signs saying "Because it's the current year!", poking fun of PM Trudeau who earlier this year responded to a question about his ~50% women cabinet with, "Because it's 2015"

Here's an article about it http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2016/07/04/conservatives-pride-parade-toronto_n_10802364.html

Brietbart isn't a newspaper though... does he work for someone else?

And let's be honest. He isn't pissed. This is what he's built his career on. I can only imagine this is doing wonders for hit rates on his articles, which just makes him even more valuable to publishers. Advertisers don't give a shit if people are reading a webpage out of hate or interest

Yeah he also does work for BBC, Channel 4, Sky News from time to time. Also some German Newspaper.

AIDS OD.

Let's not call Breitbart a newspaper. It's a website filled with pundits, where sources are misrepresented all the time.

Fairpoint. Tabloid is more accurate. I believe he works with other legitimate places though, but don't know for sure.

[–]GlalieOnigohripokemon faggot 1

if by large you mean the size of the readers or the space inside their cranial cavities then yes, you could say breitbart is a fairly large newspaper

[–]PM_ME_IF_DEPRESSED 2ポイント3ポイント  (5子コメント)

Is he an ass-man or a dick-man? Not sure how that works for gay guys...

I am gay, but like most men I think boobs are still great, so those arnt the only options. This guy seems to like only himself though.

[–]PM_ME_IF_DEPRESSED 2ポイント3ポイント  (2子コメント)

Are we talking boobs on men or women? I'm genuinely curious as to what sex characteristics are like for gay people, man or woman.

Women or very feminine figures. I still think the female/androgynous forms are more attractive than masculine. But I found that I would rather have relations and be with guys, sorta like my physical and tactile attractions dont agree at all with my eyes.

[–]WhipprEdgy Fag 2

As a gay guy, I can say that I am without a doubt an ass man. Some gay dudes like chests, faces, biceps, thighs... But for me it's the ass. It was always about the ass.

Sheesh. I'm surprised he even responded.

Still, my original argument stands. Fat shaming someone who is trying to work to fix themselves is pointless and rude.

Milo should not be allowed back in that gym because of his behavior. This was unacceptable.

Ironic that someone who's so against the SJW movement would respond in a way that makes him look ultra triggered

[–]Barcelona_City_Hobo 25ポイント26ポイント  (2子コメント)

Triggered is many times an euphemism for "hurt his/her huge ego", and both SJWs and conservatives are filled with narcissists.

Well obviously anyone can be triggered, it's just that the "OMG TRIGGERED" meme is more stereotypically associated with SJWs

Triggered should stay with the SJW camp because they're the one who took a serious mental issue and turned it into 'omg you hurt my feelings'

Remember, just because you like some stuff a guy says, that doesn't mean everything he says is good.

I've never liked Milo. I've always seen him as someone trying to shill for conservative attention so he can get famous and rich.

He's an attention-whoring shithead.

It's what he does. Jumped on Gamergate when it got famous, rinsed it for all he could, then moved onto the trump bandwagon when he could. He doesn't give a shit about these causes, he just wants to be notorious.

[–]iamoforangeFriend of the People

Viral marketing for an article? "New media" is retarded.

have you ever heard milo speak? the guy gets off on being a massive cunt.

nah.

I don't think fat people should be shamed if they're in a place trying to lose weight. If they're stuffing their face, it's hilarious. If they're in a gym, working hard to lose weight and get past their problems, it's not in good taste imo.

Agreed, lazyness should be punished and improvement should be rewarded.

If the guy was at the Mcdonalds, eating 20 hamburgers, it'd be different. But he's trying to be better and improve. I respect that.

But look, he has a source!!

Seriously, not only is it not cool to shame them if they're in a gym, I fucking doubt it actually works like Milo pretends it does in this situation
''People made fun of me when I went to the gym, that really motivated me to go again!''

[–]Fgge 3

Check who wrote the article...

That's just amazing. "I'm right because I said so over here!"

Agreed. The guy was at the gym, covered in sweat. I think it's fairly obvious he was trying to get fit. Why fuck with him when he's doing something good for himself?

The pretentious fuck taking photos of himself in the mirror at the gym needs more shaming than the guy working out

#Shame the narcissists until they start doing a proper routine

If they're stuffing their face, it's hilarious.

Fat people aren't allowed to eat in public without being photographed and harassed online?

I'm a total milo fag but I agree with you. It was cringe worthy. There's a time and a place to fat shame and that's basically anywhere and anytime except for the fucking gym. It's like kicking a man in the nuts instead of throwing a punch.

Even cringier that he's responding. Not all attention is good attention, Milo.

You clearly do not understand how attention through antagonism works, he's made a career out of making people angry and negative attention

He's the sort of person who will quip he wishes the muslims get done conquering Europe faster so they can throw him of the roof already so he doesn't have to listen to women complain about mansplaining

And he's the sort of person that 99% of the world can't fucking stand. Is it really worth being remembered as a dipshit? Haha, who am I kidding? No one will remember Milo.

edit: actually wasn't nice of me to say that last bit

Yeah, I was into him for a little while when he was more tame. Now he is a sensationalist, drama for money.

Now the only time I remember him is when he is in posts and ads.

No one will remember Milo.

In what timespan? In 10 years, he'll still be way more famous than you or me; In 100 years he'll probably be almost completely forgotten except by his relatives but the same is true for the majority of people, and in 1000 years he'll be an insignificant dot like all of us.

That was too existential for only being on my second cup of coffee

he's made a career out of making people angry and negative attention

No he hasn't. He's made a career out of sucking up to neckbeards on the internet by being "My Gay Friend Who Said It's Ok To Say Faggot". Go outside of Reddit and anyplace without a big Gamergate/Alt-right presence and no one even knows who he is.

He got hired by Breitbart before Gamergate, he got hired because he appears on British television and says offensive shit and triggers feminists, that's his career, you're talking about how he got internet famous

he got hired because he appears on British television

Nobody knows who he is here. He seems to spend most of his time in America. If I mentioned his name to 100 people, I bet only a few would know who he was.

"Fat acceptance is bad, therefore shaming strangers at the gym is totally effective!!!" Absolutely ridiculous reasoning. There's a big difference between expressing genuine concern over your family member/friend's weight, and taking a picture of a stranger to shame them. You weren't cheering him on or motivating him in any way, you vile edgelord. You were just publicly humiliating some poor kid who was actually making an effort to lose weight, perhaps because you got sick of saying "feminism is cancer" and were in desperate need for more edgepoints.

[–]ShiftGGToxically Masculine 43

Fat shaming is the KINDEST thing you can do

Insulting people is ok now it seems

[–]Just1morefixDoesn't even meme 2

It's always ok, some of us have better perspectives, senses of humor and far thicker skin.

True, but some people don't.

For example, I wouldn't joke about forced sex to rape victims. I could, but I wouldn't, because I recognize that manners, etiquette, etc. are all part and parcel of civilized society. Hell, I wouldn't insult a fat guy for no reason - I don't find obesity attractive, but neither would I find it offensive.

I don't believe in "offending for offense's sake".

[–]ShiftGGToxically Masculine 2

Can't argue with that

I thought the point of fat shaming was to make the fat people feel so bad about themselves that they change things up like eating more healthy or GOING TO THE GYM or something like that.

Maybe I'm wrong and the only purpose is to make yourself sound like a retarded edgy 11 year old

What would r/creepypms think of this subreddit being called "the left" by his supporters?

Everyone just uses whatever 'team' they're against when they show up on this sub. For the right, everyone here is a pathetic SJW and for the left, we're all a bunch of racist Trump supporters.

Apparently, simply being moderate doesn't occur to crazy people

Kind?

So trying to embarass someone out of improving their lives at the gym is a kindness now?

Isn't that the guy that's always riding Trump's nuts? Must be having a bad day after that FBI press conference confirmed that he's been kissing the wrong ass.

[–]Cajoal 3

If you watched the conference, and that is your honest to God opinion, can you tell me why It was not recommended that Hillary be indicted?

From what I can gather, the FBI cannot be sure that they can obtain an indictment/conviction. Sort of like, "we know she did something wrong, but it's not wrong enough to put her in prison".

She would've been disciplined by the State Department, had she still worked there.

[–]Cajoal 0

You aren't who I was asking--your answer reflects what the Director said pretty well. I respect your answer, but I don't believe what he sahred with the public is 100% the honest truth. That being said I have a creeping suspicion that the guy I asked above would never believe/admit Hillary did anything wrong at all.

Well hey, I see an opportunity to play the legal expert and I took it. And I have no dog in this race - Hillary, Trump, whatever. It's all the same shit to me.

I have no doubt this will cause a bigger stir.

Last time a guy shamed someone in the gym on the Internet, people get together and banned him from the gym.

Considering Milos position, following, and the fact he posted it on bigger social media platform like Twitter, he'll definitely be facing some future issues.

Pretty sure he's on tour or something, so he probably isn't a regular at that gym.

[–]I_might_be_a_Horse 5ポイント6ポイント  (0子コメント)

My favorite part is where he links to his own article to back him up.

I love the way he quoted his own website as evidence for his actions.

I feel he may have missed the point... it wasn't the fat shaming, it was the fat shaming of a guy actively trying to not be fat.

What an idiot.

And it was behind the guy's back. How on earth would that help someone to get in shape?

The main difference is that this guy isn't fat shaming because it helps them, he's doing it for his own pleasure because he's an asshole.

The fat acceptance movement is another overboard regressive left movement, I 100% agree on that. The problem with calling bullshit on us is that shaming someone who literally was at the gym trying to better themselves is retarded. What more do you want milo? Fuck yourself in your fucking asshole buddy. The whole point of shaming someone is to make them feel bad, although in the case of an overweight person shaming someone at the gym makes them want to go there less, effectively causing the whole bettering of themselves to backpedal you cock.

But the article he links is written by him. Of course it's going to agree with what he tweeted earlier.

"Ohh look I agree with my self", surprise surprise surprise.......

You know, I liked Milo at one time, then this shit happened, he lost all credibility to me, as someone who is actively trying to lose weight, that literally makes me feel like shit, and it depresses me, and, while it doesn't really effect me as much, it could cause someone else to rebound. What a fucking blonde idiot.

Lost all shreds of respect for this asshole

I defended him on the last post, but now he is being a cunt

I'm glad he linked to a thread where one of the top comments explains who he is and what's wrong with him. I had no goddamn clue who he was before now.

I don't have twitter. How else can I call him a cunt?

If there was a purge. He would be first to go.

Why is this asshole shaming anyone? He's got the muscle definition of... I can't think of anything, he just doesn't have any.

They have bigger balls than what you'll ever have by going to the gym and trying to change their life, blondie.

i agree that fat shaming has some benefits in certain situations but shaming someone who is working in the gym to lose weight could cause them not to come back so that sort of destroys milo's whole argument of it being for their benefit.

If insulting people makes them change, shouldn't calling Milo a faggot make him straight?

Honestly, I was a big fan of Milo. I was fan of his ridiculous shenanigans he would On his Dangerous Faggot Tour and having the balls to look these regressive leftists/feminist in the eyes and laugh at them but this was beyond disrespectful. It's one thing to make fun of some obese women in a thong and bra with the words "Healthy" across her fat rolls, but making fun of someone in the gym who is trying to better themselves is just deplorable behavior.

It was fat-shaming that made me decide to go from 274lbs to 159 lbs (M/27/5'10").

I thank those fat-shaming people every fucking day for it.

I've never been happier.

People need to stop being told it's okay to be unhealthy.

Shit man, you look great. I'm on the same road and the shamers are always pushing me forward.

When you look like you've never stepped foot in a gym. You probably shouldn't comment on anyones physique.

Just saying, shaming helps me regularly. Every time I feel that shaming sting it prods me further. 90 pounds down, still going. Helps me.

I know lol is the most overused phase but I really did laugh loud seeing this on the front page.

and who's to say he wasn't doing him a favor, that guy might have been saying, "hey, i look ok, lets quit the gym"

Just saying, that guy would probably be less likely to go to the gym if he knew somebody would make fun of him for doing so, just as he would be less likely to go to McDonalds if he were made fun of for going. Fat shaming may work in some areas, but not all.

This is epic.

Guys, cut the Douche shaming. He's obviously trying to turn his life around

I love how he linked a website he works for as a source.

Evidence suggests that aliens are going to the gym makes them want to go back to that.

This whole thing is a clusterfuck, and I'm not sure how I feel about being tangentially involved by being subscribed to this sub.
