Milo Yiannopoulos is just some gay guy that thinks he's super edgy for pointing out the obvious flaws/hypocrisies of modern feminism and other SJW nonsense. He's a huge hit with the /r/The_Donald crowd because he

a) supports Trump

and

b) is gay

therefore they think they can parade him around and act as though one gay guy (or a handful) who supports Trump somehow means that the LGBT community should support Trump. I should also mention that plenty of those same morons are extremely transphobic. Unsurprisingly enough, every gay person I know who has heard of Milo just rolls their eyes at his shtick. He's like a hacky black comedian in the 90s making the same old "you ever notice the way black people do X, and how white people do X?!" bullshit joke that Richard Pryor already perfected back in the 70s, but worse.

Also since he's a real classy guy who refers to himself as a "faggot" (so edgy, right?), the geniuses of /r/The_Donald believe that's a green light for calling everyone faggots without any homophobic connotations. In reality, they just enjoy calling people faggots because they get a kick out of using a derogatory term and knowing that the idiots they surround themselves with will encourage their stupidity. Kind of like a bunch of 13 year old kids whose parents are asleep, so they use "fuck" in every other sentence-- and if they were called out on it, they would make up some nonsense excuse about how they're using the word "fuck" (or "faggot" in this case) excessively because they want to degrade the word's derogatory connotation through overuse. Some pretty airtight logic, right?

Anyway, that's who Milo is. He's basically a painfully cringeworthy, 30-something year old man-child with a following of mostly teenagers and teenage-minded adults because he's shameless enough to stroke their egos despite looking like a completely pompous dickhead to anyone with half a brain. From a business perspective he's a smart guy because he sure as hell knows how to cater to his audience, but apart from that he's just a shameless, self-righteous tool who exploits his sexuality as a means to shoehorn his "LOOK AT ME, PLEASE" agenda.

Here's hoping he gets his gym membership revoked.

If you want a real chuckle, look the difference between the way in which he talks when catering to /r/The_Donald (see his most recent comments) , and how he talked before he realized just how much more attention he could gain by exploiting his sexuality to the max (see here). Might as well be posted in /r/sadcringe. Like I said, he's smart but he's also a desperate attention whore and it couldn't be more obvious.
