I'm really sick of these types of movies. 'Neo-Nazis' are a complete joke, they're almost a Hollywood myth. I mean just look at you believe there was actually a Neo-Nazi dirty bomb plot. There never was.
How about making a movie about the Weather Underground? You know, an actual terrorist organization that successfully bombed dozens of government buildings and later became university professors and completely avoided jail time.
I'm assuming it's Hollywood's political bias. The Weather Underground and The Students for a Democrat Society were leftist organizations, therefore they're off limits. The past century was defined by leftist terrorism, for those interested I'd recommend reading Days of Rage.
How many more Neo-Nazi movies do we need?

The FBI says there was.

Gee, I wonder what sort of agenda would cause you to deny that. Is there anything else you want to deny that Nazis did, and claim is a product of the "Je- err, Librul Media"?
The past century was defined by leftist terrorism
Bullshit. All you could think of as an example were a group of clowns from half a century ago who let off a couple of pipe bombs.
Off the top of my head, I can mention assassins of civil rights leaders, Klansmen who blew up a church with little girls in it, murdered three college students trying to register black people to vote, right-wing nuts who blew up a fucking federal building with hundreds of people in it, shot up a Jewish daycare center, murdered a Jewish radio host for criticizing white supremacists, massacred a church full of black people in Charleston, blow up abortion clinics and shoot doctors...murder is endemic to the right-wing.
As is lying, hence your comment.
Enough to keep people like you identifying yourselves by your reaction to them.

The SPLC is not a source. You should also notice the language in the article. "Cache of radioactive and other dangerous materials suitable for building a "dirty bomb,"" can mean literally anything. They even use "dirty bomb" in quotes. You should also understand that the FBI will infiltrate and supply materials in order to make an excuse of arresting them, thus creating criminal activity where there otherwise wouldn't be.
You're pretty ignorant if you think that's the only example. I provided a book filled with examples. Leftists have also bombed senators homes, have attempted assassinations of presidents and senators, have burned downed buildings, helped place soviet spies in the government, started riots, and so on.
You're lumping in a lot of one-off nobodies as 'neo-nazis.' I'm talking about organized terrorist activities. The kind that led to mass arrests and even deportations.

The SPLC is not a source.
It is to everyone other than the hate groups they monitor.
"Cache of radioactive and other dangerous materials suitable for building a "dirty bomb,"" can mean literally anything. They even use "dirty bomb" in quotes.
Because the technical term is radiological. "Dirty" bomb is a colloquialism.
You're pretty ignorant if you think that's the only example.
It's the only one you could come up with. Off the top of my head, I listed eight right-wing domestic terrorist phenomena adding up to hundreds of murders.
You're lumping in a lot of one-off nobodies as 'neo-nazis.'
The category you brought up was "left-wing" terrorism, to which I countered with examples of right-wing terrorism.

Nobody takes it seriously, it's a joke of an organization.
Off the top of my head, I listed eight right-wing domestic terrorist phenomena adding up to hundreds of murders.
Stop making excuses for being ignorant.
You're comparing apples and oranges. I was talking about organized left-wing terrorism. If you want to lump in individual attacks we can go on for days discussing hundreds of such incidents from both the left and the right.
Heck, we even have a recent example with the Trump rallies. Hundreds and sometimes thousands of leftists come in with weapons and beat Trump supporters bloody. They're so blood thirsty they even beat up each other just for being suspected of supporting trump. There was also a recent incident in Sacramento where a couple hundred leftists from showed up with bats to beat up a couple dozen peaceful demonstrators. Even local teachers from the Berkley school district were involved, the organization calls themselves 'By Any Means Necessary.' 10 people ended up in the hospital, some in critical condition.

I think there was a Susan Sarandon movie about the Weather Underground. Students for a Democratic Society were radical but I don't know if they could be called terrorist.
[–]snigwich -3ポイント-2ポイント-1ポイント 1時間前 (0子コメント)
The Weather Underground was a part of the Students for a Democratic Society. The SDS would raid universities and take hostages.

Nazis make good movie villains because they're just so unequivocally evil. It's quickly and easily communicated, so the movie can focus on different things.

they're just so unequivocally evil.
Not really, especially not neo-nazi's. They've become a comical trope, they're evil like Gargamel is evil.

You have not met any New-Nazi's.
[–]snigwich -2ポイント-1ポイント0ポイント 1時間前 (0子コメント)
I have. They're just red-neck gangs. They are not nazis they just use their iconography.
