How about the gyroscope and all the other instruments on board that spacecraft?

Do you believe that 100% of Juno was engineered and manufactured by Americans? What about the people working at NASA?

And NASA will share that progress with the rest of the World. Just like some Italian dude shared the idea of a heliocentrist solar system. Or some German dude who spend his early career shooting Rockets at London shared his progress with NASA.

that's fine if NASA decides to share its discoveries. NASA achievements aren't made by the globe, they're made possible because of American resources.

American here. Maybe we paid for the bulk of it, but we make the data available for everybody. Human progress is what it is.
