Obviously he hasn't been too kind to the Europa League recently, but in his past interviews on Porto he talked about how winning the UEFA Cup was much tougher than winning the Champions League (which they 'knew' they were going to win after beating, well, Man Utd).

I'm probably the biggest Europa League fan out there, and I think it should be our 1B to the 1A of the Premiership. In fact, if at some point we're out of the running for the Premier League title, I believe the UEL should be our priority.

I know a lot of people couldn't give a shit about the Europa League but IMO we should be trying to win everything we are in no matter how much of a reputation it has.

I agree but if there is any point where a premier league win will keep is in the title race or even just help secure top 3/4 it should probably take priority over a europa league even if it's a knockout game

I hope he does.

There are a lot of good teams in the Europa League, and outside of England it is considered an elite competition.

It's always fun to have a cup run, and I hope we go far. Just not at the expense of the league.

Manchester United don't have that luxury. We came 5th in the league.

The board, manager & players should all be aiming for success regardless.
