I wanted to make this post, regardless if it becomes read or not. Watching his "Not to sue NerdCubed" video on youtube while having my morning tea today, I came to the realisation how safe I feel.

Thanks to Totalbiscuit, I know that I can get fair reviews and be guaranteed a opinion that is just and thorough.

Putting myself in NerdCubed's shoes for a couple of minutes, I must admit how incredibly relieving it is to know TB. When getting such an email that NerdCubed got, where you're being threatened with legal action, you will feel hit and perhaps scared. However, when you see how TB makes such a video to talk about an important topic and to speak both his mind and the truth, you become relieved. His experience with developers, opinions, laws, morale and justice serves as a shield. A shield that shows us that no matter how scary a threat from a company is, one man is not scared to fight them. One man is not scared to stand up and defend us.

I feel very safe having him out there, because I know for a fact, the second any developer or company try to screw us over, he will put those money-greedy bastards in their right place and make sure that justice is done. Publically.

So thank you. I know you're just doing your job, but I appreciate it. I think we all do. Thank you for being, well, you. I don't know you personally, but I still feel I have a right to say I know you. Because throughout all the years and videos you've broadcasted, I've come to know this person and his opinions. And they mean a lot to me.
