tl;dr: Louis is preparing the best club in the world for Pep.

But I've supported Man U since I can remember.. 2004/5/6 are my first memories of watching them on the TV. Now football is my life, and I play in a few academy teams, so I understand the game inside and out.. which is why I can appreciate what Mr Van Gaal is doing.

What he is doing and why he does what he does without getting sacked, is that he is preparing for the bigger picture.

-Louis has the complete faith in the board. (Too easy to find.)

-EDIT: Louis does give youth a chance! And theyre all improving!! Memphis (apparently a flop) is playing inconsistently, and louis is harsh with him because he sees how great he is!! But because he no experience at a top league, he has to refine his skills for the premier league so people tend to listen to the media more then they "LISTEN TO THE MANAGER". whereas martial is a striker/cf and playing further forward; so he scores more goals. Because hes played in a harder league his whole career and because he is so damn confident! he oozes class! hence why LVG spent what he did (I think its just hard work; his form, but louis showed the faith with the fee.)

-We need to have a change in fate.. The top 0.1% of richest football clubs in the world has to show they deserve their wealth. Hence why adidas invested in us. They saw the potential and sealed us up for 10 years because adidas want to dominate world football. Look at the teams, Man U, Real Madrid, Germany, Spain and then as many team in those leagues as possible and any current former or youth team national player still playing professionally. Their next step is to conquer England.

-Another reason the board has faith in Louis is that he is a genius, who else would have believed his "3 year plan"???? If he wanted money or had no clue do you think or CEO would believe him???? HELL NO!! The reason we don't know is because it has to be behind closed doors; hence the meeting in Paris going on right now.

I'm not saying I'm right.. I'm saying there's too much evidence for it to be wrong! Search yourselves.. You know it to be true! ;)
