* The most important rules

First of all, I apologize that I send these rules because a few guests from airbnb made some troubles in the building in the past. You might be forced to move out if you make a trouble in this building. We appreciate if you understand these rules for each other.

1. NEVER ask Concierge, Security guard and other residents of anything in ANY CASE.
(Where is the entrance?, Can I rent me an umbrella/nail cutter/extra key? etc.)
- If you are in the trouble or you don’t know how to use facilities, please contact me or my friends living nearby from the apartment by text or phone. If you need our help, we will rush to the room soon.

2. if you are asked from anybody in the building, please say "I stay at room 702 while the owner is out of town".
(The possibility of being asked is almost 0% if you act in a good manner)

3. NEVER talk in loud voice and take any pictures at the public space in the building like entrance, lobby, elevator and hallway.

4. NEVER have any party no matter how it is SMALL.

5 Never have your friends stay who I don't know.
- If you want your friends to stay your room, please tell me about it.
6 No smoking.
7 Please take off your shoes at entrance of the room.
8 Please don't eat on the bed and sofa.
9 Please turn off light and air conditioner while go out.
10 Please turn on bathroom dryer or vent fan after shower.
11 Please keep the room clean for next guests.

* The cases not return the deposit
