Some example how you could get to my apartment from Narita,
you can take Narita Express to Shibuya Station. Transfer to local bus ‘To01' bound for Shinbashi station, about 10 min by bus.
BUS: Airport Limousine Bus (URL HIDDEN) is the NO FANCY bus that services Narita and Haneda airports. They have an English website as well. The bus is 3000¥ one way from Narita and 900¥ one way from Haneda.
Narita: By Bus: the close bus stops are Ritz Carlton Tokyo hotel (10 min walk), Grand Hyatt Tokyo Hotel(15 min walk) and ANA intercontinental (10 min) All hotels are located few min by taxi.

CHECK-IN:

Check-in is at 4PM (except on Apr 24, 2016. check-in is 6PM) or ANYTIME after. Late check-in is always available for late night arriving flights.
CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is at 10:00 AM .
Early check-in / Late check-out may be available. However, please DON'T ask until 1-2 days before your check-in/out as I won't be able to answer you until then. If you want to guarantee early check-in / late check-out because of your flight time, etc. please feel free to book an extra night to make sure it is possible. I will not be able to keep your baggage before and after the check-in / check-out as professional cleaner will come in to clean the room for the next guests, however, there are number of baggage storage locker and services in Roppongi Stn/ Roppongi hills/ Tokyo Midtown.

Sofa beds and baby beds:
Please let me know if you need to use them, we will arrange the linens for these beds, these beds need to be set up by yourself, however they are very easy.
