Inquiry about the PL Tickets (self.reddevils)

Hi, me and my Dad (mum might come as well) wish to watch a game at Old Trafford this summer. I'm a Saints FC supporter and my dad's a United supporter. We went to watch the game last year at St Marys, a friend of mine who supports Soton hooked me up with tickets.

I am wondering if it's difficult to get tickets to see Manchester United at home? I'm based in Malta and this is kind of a one time thing. United host Southampton on the 20th of August. I know tickets didn't come out yet but I was just wondering if it would be possible.

Tickets get offered to season ticket holders first, then members, the the general public. If there are still some left after that, they will be on general sale.

This will be our first home game, so the likelihood of spare tickets is probably not good.

Someone recommended viagogo. Does anyone have any experience with them? Hospitality tickets are on sale right now, but that's not what I'm looking for. I am willing to buy the tickets for a slightly higher price than retail, they just have to be /real/ tickets.
