So I've read countless essays from blogs like Rollo Tomassi and dozens of individual guys stories on TRP and MGTOW. I think I can boil the typical relationship arc down to a few simple sentences:

Girlfriend Stage - You should commit to me. It will be great. It will make us both happy. We'll have even more sex. Tons of sex.

Wife Stage - Haha! What a loser! Why would you commit to me?! No more sex for you. Give me money, slave!

...

Am I missing something?

Here's how mine went.

Girlfriend stage - you're great you're awesome let's build a life and have kinky sex and build businesses. I'll keep house and raise babies while you bring home the check so we save on daycare.

Wife stage - fuck you I'm sitting on my ass. I won't cook or clean or get a job or lift a finger beyond getting the kids to school. You have a job and bring home dinner and clean.

Divorce stage - of course I cook and clean and fuck. Why are you leaving?

At least you set some reasonable standards, and walked away when she failed to meet them. You kept your dignity intact.

If you went to a car lot and the salesman told you "you can buy any of these cars, but some of them will fall apart the first time you hit 70 mph. No rhyme or reason to it, they just will." Would you risk your life by purchasing a car or just go get a motorcycle?
