Clubs overpay all the time, and I'd bet they know much much more than any of us.

I think he seemed fine also. He appeared to be taking a second or two to think before he actually spoke. I think a few other pundits could do with doing that.

That's not the same thing. Jose's known to be "shy" when he's not in the zone. Theres just a certain personality to being a pundit.
