Unfortunately for us, I do have faith in Pep's coaching ability. Even though his recent exploits at Bayern were not what people expected, he still walked to the league title in every single season. What he did at Barcelona was special and I'm sure with enough money at city he will be able to find success.

Personally, I think they'll regress quite significantly this season. Vardy just had a career year, and even if he stays I don't think he'll be able to reproduce the same level of goal-scoring. Mahrez and Kante are fine players, but will they move elsewhere? How will the team cope with the extra Champions League games or a less injury free season?

I think Leicester are likely to regress to a sort of Southampton level. Comfortably in the top 10, maybe outside hopefuls for the Champions League spots.

    The plus side to that is, the 2 months prior should help seal up the season by then. If all goes well, the other teams will either bottle it by then or we will have taken advantage of the two months prior and can coast the final month.

    IMO the most important part of the season is around Christmas, and I think we've got a good schedule. West Brom, Sunderland, and Middlesbrough are a must win games, and West Ham is the harder one.

    That October/November period is vital. By the end of that, we should have an indicator of whether we're playing the quality of football needed to put a serious title challenge up. Hopefully Jose brings in more squad depth and we don't see our players fatigued by the end of the season and hopefully no nightmare December. I'm getting really excited for next season, and the best part of it is that no other fans seem to be considering us as real title challengers. This could be fun!

    Not too bad. At least the assumed "difficult fixtures" are a bit spread out with "easier" matches in between. We've had a few seasons now where we've been hit with consecutive matches against "big clubs" and it usually hurts. Not bad for Mourinho's debut season in red.
