iv let you guys know i have information on the guy i pmed henrik and he tryed to down play it "no nothing is wrong we are taking actions" but i am acctualy in contact with the guy he hasnt received an legal threats nothing for fuck sake he still plays the game on the same Steam account.

i now he hacked a few Gm accounts again and showed me screenshot and even spawned developer swords from what i heard he sold it to 1 person.

now he is selling GOLD and other stuff from accounts he hacked and xfered.

but you guys choose NOT TO DO ANYTHING even if you want to help and provide help and that comes from henrik he just says no there is nothing going on, everything is fine, we are taking actions

so yea cant help if you always try to play stuff down and dont want to get help.
so im not going to bother anymore because everytime i tryed to talk to henrik i got shut down

 

We are reverting any account data that been damaged, and will ofc remove traded goods.
This is why we also say, never buy stuff from others with real money, we do not support it, as its not a valid/guaranteed trade.

 

I can assure you that we are in the process, sadly this isnt something that goes quick, resources spent on crimes on internet is limited but we are working on this on a daily basis. We do not try to hide this and we will make sure this is dealt with so we can end it. We handle sensitive information for our case the proper way and how we are informed to handle it by the authorities.

No, I mean a company in Stockholm that works with these kind of incidents.
They have looked over the case and have all necessary information to proceed.
While they work on that, we work on our end to add options and handle the accounts that been used.

Btw he didn't have your bank account information i don't think mate, he just had " Your credit card ends in xxxx" i am pretty sure if he had the entire thing he would have posted it public ally just to fuck with you more then he already was the information i believe is saved on the mortal account page? under billing maybe. Can't say i have had a look at it recently.

However this is quite worry some i saw the thread created by the fake Kuthara. I hope SV can take care of this soon maybe see some prison time, for the party responsible, i think the inevitable butt rape this kid would receive in prison is a fitting punishment.

When entering the pay information you get directed to global collect that guarantee security on a very high level.
This is why we use them, which means that information is used in that process only on their website/security system. Not ours.

I haven't played in a long time, so maybe it's changed, but it used to be that I was required to have correct billing/address information on the mortal site for it to work. I always thought that was odd, so I removed it after paying and told other people to do so as well.
