As we begin to approach the Window opening, and the obvious arrival of Ibra, Miki, Schnieder, Pogba, Neymar, Morata and my Nan, we're looking to edit the Tier system prior to the inevitable storm.

To keep things clean, I'm going to try an experiment on this post. I will post a comment below for each existing Tier. If you want to see someone that is currently in that tier change (either relegated or promoted) then reply to that comment. If you can supply some form of reasoning that would help, but it's not mandatory. Please try to see if someone else has already made your suggestion before commenting, and simply upvote and reply to them if you agree. If you disagree with the promotion/relegation, then please also do the same. If you think the exact opposite (for example, a relegation, when someone is calling for a promotion) then that's worth a new reply to the Parent comment.

EXAMPLE (underneath the Tier 3 comment):

Ruhr Nachricthen (Germany) - Promote to Tier 2: Increased reliability during the Mhikitaryan

If there is someone entirely missing from the list that needs adding, then start a new comment, with a suggested Tier. It would be helpful to us if you could supply some reasoning to the tier. If you could also let me know which country (and also, in the case of a journalist, which publications they write for currently) that would also help massively too.

I've also added a general chit-chat comment, but I'm not planning to remove other comments yet, though if suggestions wind-up getting drowned out, then I may need to clean this thread up a little, so I've added that in case you fancy a general chat thread that is guaranteed to be safe.

Once we lock this, I intend to add some extra automod changes that will automatically add a Tier value to posts that pop-up in the sub, so people can see the reliability a little easier.

I'll run this particular post during the next few days, and into the start of the window, but will maintain edits on the fly so it's easier.
