I got this awesome care package in the mail today from Ubisoft to say thanks for being so patient while they looked into how my Division account got banned while I was overseas. (i.imgur.com)

Yeah, I had no idea what it was going to be. When the guy asked for my postal address, I figured he was going to send me some keyrings or something cutesy. I was totally blown away when I opened the rather bulky package to see what was inside!

That's really cool! This is the first time I'e ever seen customer service of that kind. The only real customer service I've been in touch with is that of Steam, which I don't think I even need to talk about.
