For me it seems right for a man to the best of his ability be a positive male role model for young boys and male adolescents and even male adults everywhere. Be the kind of man that every boy looks up to and is universally admired. Sometimes when I'm talking to other men its brotherly, sometimes its like my comrade, sometimes I adopt the role of a father or mentor. Men more than ever need positive male influences in this society of ours. Someone to follow suit in their behavior and mannerisms. I mean imagine a theoretical man that serves as an inspiration for a young boy just by his very presence and behavior - What would that man look like? How would he conduct and compose himself? I'm sure we all had times where we wished we had a male mentor or positive role model in our lives but didn't. When I have had male mentors or men to look up to I have benefited from it tremendously. Doing our best to be that for boys and men when we can in order to show them that men and masculinity can have an incredibly beneficial and positive effect on a society would likely do wonders in their lives.
