Yes this one is easy and straightforward. To say someone is incapable of doing their job because of nothing other than their race, and offer no evidence to support this, is simply racist 100%.

It was totally racist at the surface level but it also pulled away the veil on how Trump thinks, and how a lot of his supporters think. It's all about tribalism.
