Why is the Ubisoft hate-jerk this strong? (self.Gamingcirclejerk)

I haven't seen this level of hostility for game developers for quite some time, I mean Ubisoft's been doing good lately. Ghost Recon Wildlands looks awesome,AC is taking a break for a year,all the free Rainbow Six DLC and Watch Dogs 2 looks great and the devs look like they actually care. As soon as I see any discussion of Watch Dogs 2 I instantly see "can't w8 for le duwngrade", it's almost like people are masturbating to the thought of a downgrade, like seriously...

Because gamers don't realize that all companies downgrade from E3 demos, but because Total Biscado mentioned it, it's a new phenomenon exclusively for Ubisoft.

What about Far Cry Primal and The Division? And before that Unity.

People get burned all too much with UbiSoft. Yeah they have some great games but they also have some stinkers.

Gotta say though the watch dogs downgrade wasn't that big of a deal.

Far Cry Primal was great,The Division was sold as what it was suppose to be: an open world third person shooter meant to be played with friends and Unith I agree was broken at launch but was a great game aside from the ending.
