MGTOW is about flouting romantic relationships with women, because they've become highly disadvantageous to men. It's not about hating women.
If you're truly MGTOW, you've walked away from relationships. You can't be hurt by their unjust ramifications any longer. What else could you possibly want? If you're feeling anger or resentment towards women, you haven't let go. You're not going your own way.
If you feel you've been wronged in the past, so what? The past is gone. It's a mere memory. Why are you clinging to it and letting it dictate your thoughts and actions? Let go.
Women, like men, were bestowed with life. They are your sisters in this regard, like men are your brothers. I think Marcus Aurelius has summed this up better than I could ever hope to.
“Begin each day by telling yourself: Today I shall be meeting with interference, ingratitude, insolence, disloyalty, ill-will, and selfishness – all of them due to the offenders’ ignorance of what is good or evil. But for my part I have long perceived the nature of good and its nobility, the nature of evil and its meanness, and also the nature of the culprit himself, who is my brother (not in the physical sense, but as a fellow creature similarly endowed with reason and a share of the divine); therefore none of those things can injure me, for nobody can implicate me in what is degrading. Neither can I be angry with my brother or fall foul of him; for he and I were born to work together, like a man’s two hands, feet or eyelids, or the upper and lower rows of his teeth. To obstruct each other is against Nature’s law – and what is irritation or aversion but a form of obstruction.”
There's no benefit to hating women, mocking them, or blatantly calling them out on their faults. If you think you can change someone by doing these things, you're a fool. All this will do is keep them set in their ways. And, more importantly, why would you want to hurt yourself and others by engaging in hateful thoughts, words and actions? Forgoing romantic relationships is enough. Stop wasting your time trying to change others when they don't want to change. Live your own life and do what is right.
Further, if women are acting in ways which cause men not to want to engage romantically with them, realize they're hurting themselves. You should feel silent pity for someone who is unknowingly damaging themselves, not hate and anger.
If another person is in need or struggling, regardless of gender, you should offer your help. Do this not because you will receive some sort of reciprocation or praise for it, but because it's the right thing to do.
One more Marcus Aurelius quote: "The best revenge is to be unlike him who performed the injury."
