Focus of MGTOW (self.MGTOW)

Lately this sub has been getting really pointless, for lack of a better word. It's not about self improvement or providing beneficial information anymore, every post now is basically just shitting on women somehow. It's like everyone's mentally jerking off reading all these stories rather than improving themselves. For every post of new/helpful information, there's ten other posts above it going "I saw some kid laugh at his girlfriend today, fuck yeah MGTOW yeaaaaaaahhh". While there's definitely a place for that, when 90% of the sub is just stories about women getting rekt there's no real reason to come here except for an excuse to stroke your own ego.

I know everyone here is tired of the bullshit women put them through, and by going their own way decided to ignore their bullshit and not play into it, but by constantly writing about women and how fucked up they, are you really doing anything different?

Agreed OP. I have been talking about this for a while now. Pointless as there are too many newbies.

I call for this sub to be renamed MGTOW (red pill rage phase).

You're right, there really is no reason to come on here. What I do and I imagine others like yourself and I do, is just leave. I'm out living my life, indulging in my other interests. I poke my head in around /r/mgtow every now and then just for occasional reminder.

Really people should only venture here to discover what MGTOW is. (Quoted from the sidebar: "We are men going our own way by forging our own identities and paths to self-defined success;".)

Once they decide whether it's for them or not, they should simply go their own way and leave. Once they've done that, sparing the occasional reminder, there's no reason to come back to the sub.
