Criticism of sanders is completely fair but please don't use Venezuela as your argument. They failed because they put loyalty to party and military leaders above business and engineering/technical experience. They appointed scientific and construction and drilling and business roles to people who had ZERO background in these areas.

It's a much much much more complex answer than "socialism bad."

Dude...I travel Latin America extensively, and my partner is from there. I've been to 6 of the South American countries, and am very comfortable in otherwise "sketchy" or "dangerous" countries.

I won't go anywhere near Venezuela. That place is a ticking time bomb. The average pay is so low that you can't even eat, and the wealthy are kidnapped daily for ransoms. I get what your saying but his embassy is more comfortable than Venezuela.

Wouldn't he just flee to Ecuador anyways? It's safer and already granted him asylum...

Yes they could survive, if they were there. But the point of sterility is to not have them there in the first place. Secondly, it is very specific strains of bacteria which can survive in space. Ordinary bacteria on our hands and in our homes/daily environments are not capable of that.

I know some people who work for NASA and we literally had a conversation about how sterile and extra redundant the rover-manufacturing environments are to prevent this from happening. Do you have any proof of this?

I don't think drone strikes are inherently pro or anti libertarian. It's more why and how often and how easily they are being used. Therefore, it is easier to be against them than to explain the deep details of it.

And you may hear some libertarians against it, but the vast majority fit in to the description I made.

The only thing Sanders and Libertarians have in common are issues that many libertarians have in common with most democrats and many republicans. That includes the majority of Hillary's platform.

I disagree. I think there is a real value to trust. The involvement in foreign affairs was encouraged by secretary Clinton, I have a hard time believing her when she says president Clinton will be against it.

I completely understand your points and don't want to argue. Its a respectful disagreement. I think there is a significant shift of Bernie supporters to governor Johnson because of the fact that he is the main third party candidate and he is not anti-science (the green party is, sadly).

His military and foreign policy is quite Libertarian.

Both support significantly less military involvement overseas and letting our allies pay more for things like NATO.

Really they are only different on taxes and spending money. That being said, I completely supported Sanders despite being libertarian. My mindset was "if spending money on our infrastructure and free college is the worst thing Bernie does, I'm in." I think many people have similar mindsets or the opposite logic. Both are standup guys you can trust to do what they say.

Considering Hillary's abysmal foreign policy record and her strange fetish for meddling in other countries affairs (before announcing that she regrets every single one and now she's 'changed'), I have no desire to vote her into a position of military power. I won't do it.

Hillary's deadly war record scares me more than Trumps wall. I don't want either of them, but you can't pull the "but then you're supporting Trump" card on me when your candidate is worse. And now I'm sure you'll reply with a list of reasons she isn't as bad, and back it up with some of her policies, but I'll just point to four years ago where she held the opposite ideas on literally 75% of major issues.

She would say anything to be elected and I will get pleasure in trump annihilating her. Neither will get my vote no matter what. If sanders runs he gets it, if not I will write in someone else or consider libertarian but I don't like their lack of compassion (any form of welfare).
