Silly season has returned for the 4th summer on /r/reddevils!

Most of you know the drill.

For those who don't...From today until the window closes, a transfer round-up & discussion thread will be made every day. In these threads, ANYTHING can be talked about. Any player, in or out, any transfer fee, anything!

Now, with these threads starting, this means that rumours submitted as separate posts will be removed unless they are from reliable sources!

Agree. This just feels like one of those rumors where we get fucked in the last minute (either via another club swooping or the player getting a bigger contract). Hope I'm wrong.

I think this one actually looks pretty good, he won't be signing a new Dortmund contract though they have shown they aren't afraid to hold onto players in their last year, if they do that anything could happen in that year.

Though if he leaves I believe he will be coming here, optimistic yet braced for the worst.

I don't know. I have a good feeling about this. Reports are suggesting that Dortmund's position has softened and I'm inclined to believe them considering that he's in the last year of his contract. We've also heard direct quotes from the player's agent. I think there's a lot of evidence to suggest that talks have happened/are ongoing with the agent and perhaps the club. To be honest the transfer seems very doable and it looks like there's been concrete action, so I'm surprised by the skepticism.

That's not exactly a bad thing though. Most transfer windows are nonsensical bullshit spouted out for click bait titles with "sources" claiming to be true when 99% of the time it's just bollocks that people suck up

I've enjoyed the lack of shit rumours due to the Euros.

Would love to see Zlatan/Miki at the club, but I'm not expecting to hear about anything till after the Euros are over.
