To be fair, she was in one lip sync and lost. Max, at least, has given some really good lipsyncs before RPDR like his lipsync to an Iggy song.

I'm not surprised with how they handle their side-characters. Like even other shows like OITNB, Degrassi, etc. flesh out their side characters and give them stories. Dopey didn't have anything, did he?

She had me up until she said "Latinx" God, I hate that phrase.

In all seriousness - it seems like some people can't get their stories straight. Either non-PoC (I'll use this term which I also hate) shouldn't write ethnic characters because they may do them wrong or they HAVE to do more PoC because there isn't many out there. >.>

I think write what you know is good advice and never steers anyone wrong.

I think it's stupid how they turned her into a pussy this season. Like she was a doormat for the first two seasons and in season 3 she finally was getting her own and getting tough and did some really badass things...only to be made a joke in Season 4. They should have kept her going.

I was about to comment this same thing. Like that should SERIOUSLY be a lipsync song.

I dislike Sharon so much but yeah, they both killed it, no matter how many people say Phi Phi did bad in that lipsync. It deserved a double shantay.

rupaulsdragrace 内の appakardashian によるリンク Pandora Boxx has come out as being gender fluid and I'm happy for Pandora.

[–]LuckyWriter 0ポイント1ポイント  (0子コメント)

Definitely. So many people on Tumblr do it which is why the phrase "Transtrender" came about. In fact, there are some people who claim to be MTFTM which means they're a man who wants to be a female who wants to be a man...think about that for a second.

The reason for blogs like this

I hate when people think it's cool to be something so they're different and get to play the "I'm a minority" card without actually having to deal with the day to day struggle.

IMO, the bottom 3 should have been Kenya, Milan, and Jiggly. Phi Phi should have been safe with a warning - Phi Phi was bad, but not as bad as those three.

I don't, actually.

I prefer to just say I like guys and leave it at that. Maybe I should have put it up there? But the fact remains, no, I don't like the whole gay label because it's limiting and generally people reduce you to what you label yourself as.

And honey, if you don't want discussion maybe don't visit reddit or any discussion site? o.o

People please vote as how the show would actually do it vs. what you think is fair I.E. just because Acid won more challenges, doesn't mean she'd stay in the show if she lost the lipsync ala Max vs. Jaidyn.

That being said: this song is so high energy/campy there's no way in hell Alaska/Alyssa would lose to Acid/SLM. Sorry bout it.

If there's any justice in the world, Alyssa/Alaska would win this.

Okay? I read the first two and I had to stop.

First of all, none of those are scientifically stated as fact, they're pretty much just peer reviewed papers which have small control groups of less than 100 people. 100 is nothing.

Compare that to how they use over 1000 different people when testing new medicines to see how they'll work (because everyone's brain is different and everyone's body works differently) and you'll see why I can't put much stock in those studies, at least the first two I read.

[–]LuckyWriter 0ポイント1ポイント  (0子コメント)

Well that's the thing, isn't it? You don't need to listen to what other people say. You can consider yourself whatever kind of shoe you want. You don't need to let other people impose that on you, or create a new gender identity.

It's like how people assume because I'm gay (for an example) I should like anal, want to go shopping all the time, and like musicals. Some of that is true, but not all of it.

This is the issue with labels. You're essentially creating a new label so you don't fall under a preexisting label, when in reality you should be smashing the labels by saying "Hey, this is me and I'm just me, not your label"

What?

How does it suck, exactly? Anyone can say that anything is arbitrary but it means very little without backing up. I've made my case on why I feel like labels are pointless.

rupaulsdragrace 内の appakardashian によるリンク Pandora Boxx has come out as being gender fluid and I'm happy for Pandora.

[–]LuckyWriter -1ポイント0ポイント  (0子コメント)

It definitely is very interesting. Though...I feel like her case is a special one, because it just seems like a rarity.

It's a harsh reality but there are a lot of people out there who claim to be something because they want to special or different. It's like how in the late 2000s it was "cool" to be bisexual so everyone was claiming to be bisexual, or how with the rise of Tumblr everyone is claiming to be trans (despite both of those being relatively low in the % of population)

I highly doubt everyone who claims they're genderfluid actually goes through what Paige in that article goes through.

Can I get some receipts for that?

I know they've proven there's a difference in homosexual/heterosexual brains, but I've not heard anything gender related. And...what does that have to do with anything? Thinking/identifying as something doesn't necessarily mean your brain composure needs to match it.

If someone can be born a man and feel like they're a woman, why can't Rachel be born white and feel like she's not white?

That's what I'm trying to figure out. Like how do you feel like a man or a woman? Can you feel like a race? Because Rachel Dolezal feels like she's not white and tons of people got angry at her for that.

It's so confusing. -_-
