She was lamenting my lack of a clear stable career and family with a litter. She realized that none of my friends, or her nephews have these either.

She was sort of shocked when she realized it, and said something like, "Well, when I was your age you just sort of had a path you had to follow and that was it. College, a career, and get a family."

But then, richly haha, she added: "Well, if you were a man I guess. If you were a woman you had options, a choice between career and family."

She was talking about feminism.

Well, don't you see it guys? Even with feminism, men still had to follow their prescribed gender role.

Now that women are forced to give up any pretense of sexual purity, their lock on men is forever lost. Men are free now. We have had our "feminist" revolution. We don't have to jam into a dead end career, and have a bunch of brats drowning us until our mid-life crisis.
