So, I'm guessing a lot of you were circumcised at birth without your consent. Some of you may think circumcision is no big deal, as you still enjoy masturbation and sex despite being circumcised. However, if you feel this way you simply do not know what you are missing. As was revealed in this linked 2007 study, circumcision removes all of the parts of the penis which are the most sensitive, and anything that remains is less sensitive than what was taken away. When you are circumcised, you are losing 80% of the penis's nerve endings, including the 20,000 pleasure-producing nerve endings of the ridged band and frenulum, the most pleasurable parts of the penis. There are a plethora of studies indicating that men who have been circumcised have decreased sexual functioning and capacity for pleasure. For instance:

• This study surveyed adult men who had been circumcised, and 48% said their pleasure from masturbation seriously decreased after circumcision, while only 8% indicated an increase in pleasure.
• This study shows that circumcised men are 4.5 times more likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction, likely due to decreased pleasure and sensitivity.
• This in-depth study reveals that intact men experience great sexual pleasure solely from the parts removed during circumcision
• Here are two different articles: one and two, which outline circumcision in depth and the harm it causes. Also, it's worth nothing that throughout history, the main role of circumcision was to control male sexuality, such as by discouraging boys from masturbating or being used to punish the losing side in a battle.

This is obviously all depressing news for anyone who is circumcised. However, there is hope. Foregen is a non-profit research company which claims that they can restore all of the parts removed during circumcision - including the 20,000+ nerve endings - and thus mitigate or even completely undue the damage of circumcision.

Recently, they successfully regrew animal foreskins, and they are now conducting research on the growth of actual human foreskins. I have been looking through this company's history, and I genuinely believe their claims are legitimate and that they could be successful. They need money, though. Please, if you are upset about your circumcision (which you really should be) make a difference and become a monthly contributor to this noble company. Try to donate at least $5 per month. Take control of your sexuality and your life. Society took something incredibly important away from you without your consent. Now is your chance to earn it back, in spite of all those who promote this blatantly misandrist practice.
