Mate, I'd trade in both of my testicles to be healthy. In what fucking world is smoking healthy? As a possible future health specialist, I suggest you find an alternative. However, do whatever the fuck you want to do.

I'll tell you something a personal trainer told me when I was 15 in the gym and overdoing it:

"The goal is to be able to reach the age of 85 and still be able to tie your shoelaces"

In other words, preserve yourself. No one is going to take care of you when you're older especially if you're MGTOW. You are going to have one miserable fucking death. Please take care brother, don't do this to yourself. If you can't do it for yourself, do it for us. Peace.

Edit: I'm worried about you op, the fact that you need to rely on chemical substances to increase dopamine is bad. I'm guessing you have had a recent trauma, because you are also suggesting a drinking guide. Alcohols drinks are depressants which make you "feel" better initially but make it worse in the long run. Please don't hesitate to talk to one of us.
