I was in a 7-11 and the black dude in front of me had stubble, a super low voice, and high heels, lipstick and a purse.

            No shit, I was pulled into the HR department because I said "ethnically insensitive" remarks. I was confused so I asked specifically what I said that was offensive. They said "you commented on (black girl at my work's) braids". After thinking for a second I realized what comment they were referring to... I mentioned how long they were. That is it. When I said this, they said it is not my place to discuss other people's physical appearance and that could be offensive to her culture. That complaint is now on my file. The best I could do was just not sign it.
