Finding friends in mgtow. (self.MGTOW)

I'm a 25 year old male, self employed, very active. I'm new to the MGTOW community, but grew up in a house full of very controlling, abusive women. I realize I've been a soapbox mgtow my entire life. I'm sure this subject has been posted many times before, but I really want to expand my network of like-minded friends. If there's one thing that women have done very, very well, it is creating a sense of community amongst eachother. They have mastered the idea of building eachother up, empowering one another, talking shit out, etc.. I really think that us men need to come together more often, talk more openly and support eachother more than we currently do in the real world. So I know there are lots of us here, who are looking for those connections, but obviously most of us only have one thing in common - which is mgtow itself. Whenever I do connect with other men in the real world, I'm amazed by the variety mangina's they all turn out to be. Just mentioning the concept of men supporting men seems to bring out a lot of confusion (like they've never once considered their own value, above the women in their lives - and are not interested). Even those who seem to have seen an inkling of the light, are ultimately still slaves to some woman at the end of the day. I'm in Vancouver, btw, and we seem to have an almost non-existent mgtow community. Can anyone share any tips or personal experiences in navigating the social circle with like minded men in rl? I'm hoping to hear that a few of us have been able to cultivate a good circle of brothers to adventure around with.

IRL? Good luck. Your best bet is to speak up and out and endlessly call women out on their shit, and call your friends out on their blind behaviors and uterus worship. I've woken 2 friends up along the way, with a third slowly walking towards the light (his own romantacism keepig it at bay), but only because they are smart dudes, and they were in a place to see and listen an understand and aknowledge the truth and validity of their own experience, along with the utter fucking farce that is our bull-shit, consumeristic, shallow culture and society. I tend to think that most guys who find MGTOW, were essentially well on their way, while plenty of other men were born to be slaves.

Worth noting - you can try waking men up, so to speak, but it really aint fun, and plenty of them will resent and refuse you for it, and don't count on married men for shit. Most often, you'll likely just piss people off. Remember, some men just seem to be born to be disposable, like any other genetic trait. Good luck, dude.

PS - to be thorough, I think you're going to be hard-pressed to find friends of like mind who you can have honest and thorough, No BS discourse with, and it takes a lot of no-BS discourse to even get there, but in essentially vetting older friends, family and newer aquaintences, as you probably know, it takes a skeptical man, a fed-up man, and an honest man (as all people lie to themselves) to accept MGTOW knowledge and the truth of these matters. Maybe you can already clearly see what types of men might be prime candidates, but if not, you'll no doubt be able to see it more clearly, in more time.
