Did this happen recently, and you ended up on a neighbours lawn at an intersection?

Anyway, you're screwed if your not listed as an insured driver. How old are you, BTW? Are you listed as a secondary driver? Your insurance is probably going to be much higher now. What kind of car were you driving, and did your dad know about it? There may be legal action, but it also depends on the cost to repair. Did you call the police at the collision site? If the damages were less than $2,000 I'd pay with cash. I'm also guessing the police were not called. Was your dad driving with you? If he was, his insurance will take care of everything, or should.

It depends on your father's policy.

Unless it directly states that accidents involving a third party driver are not covered (not an insured driver listed on the policy), the insurance company will cover you.

Check your dad's policy. All that may be affected is the deductible.

As for talking to a claims adjuster, that's all par for the course after an accident. You need not worry too much, unless the other party was seriously injured or killed, or you were drunk at the time (or if you're dad had reported the car stolen before the accident.)

Just relax. The police don't have you locked up. All is good.

He wasn't driving with me. I'm not listed, what should I tell them
